Description of Work: Gave an estimate. Very professional, he really took his time making sure that my one problem that I called about was the only plumbing issue with the house. Turned out there was an existing leaking pipe under the house that I never would have known about if he had not investigated.

Description of Work: The guys who put in a new heater in my house were the most professional, polite, and hard-working people I have ever seen.

Description of Work: Installed new garbage disposal. Plumber was prompt and courteous and did a great job.

Description of Work: Performed a camera inspection of our sewer line and found it to be completely clear. Not sure of the exact date the service was done.

Description of Work: My gas fireplace was going off and then back on, no pattern. Replaced one two parts (that probably would have needed replacing anyway) but the problem was not fixed, it is still doing that. I have not called back because I don't want to pay another hours labor for something that was already looked at.

Description of Work: They put I new water line in the swamp cooler because the old one was leaking. He said he couldn't figure out where the old one went - it went into the garage and hooked up to the water near the hot water heater and the old line was still in place, just leaking. So he put a new one off the side of the house and hooked it up to the back faucet. I wouldn't have let that happen, but I wasn't home. It worked, but it was a very sloppy job.

Description of Work: It took three visits and two different technicians to agree on the problem but everyone that I've dealt with at Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating has been professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Very impressed with their repair/replacement of an outside water faucet. When I needed my bathroom faucets replaced I called them also. I will always use Albuquerque Heating and Plumbing.

Description of Work: Technician was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The receptionist that I spoke with was friendly and did a great job scheduling a tech to get my work completed the same day.

Description of Work: Serviced my Radiant Heating System which hasn't been done in 20 years. Replaced the Auto-Fill Valve, expansion tank, bleeder valve and pressure relief valve all of which were not functioning properly. Took about 2 hours and I better understand how the system works.
