Description of Work: I had found ABQ Plumbing on Angie's List in 2009 to have work done on our air conditioning unit that had gone out. A new one was installed and in 2012, the compressor went out so it was replaced with a new one. Then, last month, the compressor went out again. We brought these issues to ABQ Plumbing and they responded to our issued immediately. The owner himself came out to speak with us and we worked it out. He installed another brand of the compressor and monitored it for a week to make sure it was working. He then charged us but just for the unit as he did the labor himself and did not charge us. We were pleased with the owner's customer service. Although they were in their peak season, ABQ Plumbing tended to our issues to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: We had a toilet in need of repair. the overflow tube broke making the toilet unusable. I called and they couldn't repair it for a few days. We agreed to the date, but they put us on a waiting list. The next day they called and said they had an opening so we took it. the technician was at the door in less than an hour. He promptly repaired the toilet. The time from when they called to when he was done was less than two hours and the bathroom was spotless and the toilet worked fine.

Description of Work: Cleared my main line and did a scope down the line to see where the blockage is. | |I have been in this home for 8 years and have often used a rented drain auger to clear this line. Because of age I would now prefer to have this job done for me. So I know my main line quite well as it is often a yearly event for me. I did get it to stay clear for 3 years because I once used a cutter end on the auger line and went through the line a few times. The service tech would not change the tip after going within 8 feet of my septic he started wrapping up the job. I requested that he use the cutter tip and would not do even go all the way through to my septic. He declared the job done and once again started putting his tools away. I asked the service tech if he was going to use the tv scope to look down the line, the tech said that was an extra charge. I told him that I had purchased a service package that included this service. He told me it was tree roots that had blocked my line. | |So with the tv scope he could see tree roots in my line even after he had gone through my line and declared it clear. Even after this exam he did not put the cutter tip on the line and make the tree roots were at least cut back properly.
