They kept their appointment time to provide estimate. They were available to do the repair later the same week. They came and completed the repair. Team was a bit late to the repair appointment which took a couple calls to work out the details.

Beautiful steps, they were dealing with some pre-existing issues with my home and did as much as they could to fix it. Additional services were provided and finally we agreed on a solution that worked for both.

We needed to redo the roof on an addition to the house that started to leak during the heavy snow fall in February. The workers did an excellent job, very professional. They cleaned the premises thoroughly before they left. Mel is an excellent salesman, pleasant and courteous. We had some minor problems with timing and punctuality as I had to wait for Mel to show up both, when he came to give the estimate and also when he had to be paid.
