When they tell you what time they are coming.Thats when they arrive.They do a good job.and clean up after they are done.

For experience he has of 30 years plus work. It was embarrassing should had known what to do with the problem.

I requested the job on a Monday, they called me within 10 minutes to schedule a time to look at the job. They came the next day gave me the estimate and completed the job on Thursday. Very fast and polite.

Very professional. They did quality work... They listened to what we wanted, asked good questions so we could make decisions, and made suggestions that were very helpful. The materials and workmanship were perfect for our deck repair... complimented our original, old deck material. We'd use them again and recommend them.

Chuck and Tom were very professional. They repaired the fence without any issues. They also cleaned up well. Nice men. I will definitely use them in the future.

Get everything in detailed writing. I called this contractor for a quote on a fence repair. He quoted me $450.00 to repair the fence. I already had purchased 3 of the 4 posts that needed replacing so he only had to buy one. While discussing the fence I asked about painting my deck with Restore. Tom said it would be more cost effective to replace deck with composite since my deck was in bad shape. Tom said "I will make you a deal you can't refuse". He said he would replace my 20'x30' deck with composite for $3000 and fix my fence for free. I agreed. Several days later Tom came back and said the deck material costs had gone up and increased the price to $4,500.00 which included TWO bag removals for the old wood and such. Again I agreed but reluctantly. The new deck looked nice. My biggest complaint is the deck skirt was still the old ugly wood and Tom said "you got a great deal and it didn't include the skirt" HUH?? Wouldn't the expert tell the customer that redoing the skirt would complete the job?? The fence repair was a joke. Tom told me "we use more cement on fence posts than the average contractor". When I came home from work to check the fence repair, I could move the fence back and forth a good six inches. When I called Tom he said "your other posts weren't cemented so I didn't bother to cement the posts I replaced". His sales pitch said they use MORE cement than normal!! After a slightly heated phone call and several text messages of Tom telling me I was being difficult, he agreed to come back and make it right. He did come back and fixed the fence like it should have been done the first time. One section of fence is still not fixed properly because he said there was a piece of old tree trunk under the posts so he sawed off the bottom and put the post on top of the tree trunk. I have another contractor coming out to fix it. He said it will be a very easy fix and will do it for free because he felt bad about my experience. Tom also charged for two trash removal bags which were at least $200 each. He only used one bag but kept my money from the other. Tom also left behind the 4 broken fence posts for me to dispose of. He knew I was a widow recovering from heart surgery because I told him this. So read ALL the reviews. Some of what I write here has been written by others but I didn't pay attention. I do not recommend using this contractor especially if you are a woman who he thinks he can get over on. Tom took full advantage of my situation.

Hired this business to build new back steps for me. They did a good job, and made the steps not as high -- easier for me to step. One man made a custom to step for my front door.

Prompt service, very professional. Worked with me on my ideas. I have a home over 200 years old and difficult to work on. Nothing is straight or plum. Worked very hard to make sure everything looked good and matched the house. Looking forward to having them work for me again.

They completed a bathroom remodel of which tile was a part. Worked with us to choose tub, toilet and sink. Helped with choosing colors and such, and were amenable to suggestions as job progressed. They finished the job within estimate, and results are terrific. Tile work is great. I highly recommend them.

Literally, the decks are BRAND new (were completed in a week in January). First time deck was used, the railing just came apart, it was not cut to the right length or secured in. Caps off railing posts just fly off in the wind. Unappealing portion stairs visible.. I'm guessing trim should be applied to it. Lattice is bowed and warped as if its been there for years, very unappealing. I was willing to look past a lot of things, until neighbors started noticing things immediately and then obviously the railing falling off was upsetting. The structure of the deck itself appears to be solid and built well. The immediate appearance of the deck upon completion was very good, but it appears it wasn't built ready to handle use on a regular basis. I'm not the type of person to complain, but for $4,000 we were expecting these decks to withstand years of use.

Two partner contractors contradicting themselves constantly , making a deal with one, the other not respecting any terms, instead constantly asking for more and more money for lesser and lesser work... save yourself a headache...........a major headache !!!!

The guys built a excellent set of Trex stairs and railing to match, as I said a great job . well done guys hope to see you again.
