No issues. He was in and out in 1/2 hour or so. Found a crack in the pipe that was causing the clog, and replaced.

I had another company come and do it because there was a little bit of an issue. I don’t think the kid came in and got it totally correct but overall, I would still call them again. I did not have any issue with them.

They were very professional. They were pretty good to deal with. If I had any issues, I would call them again. They took care of a gas leak for me, I had a clogged sewer line they took care of for me. They did a number of jobs for me. I do recommend them. They are very prompt and they are quick. They come fast.

Purchased a new faucet to switch out with an old one while shower was being retiled. Moen has changed the cartridge design I guess so this was not an easy swap. Called Eddie O's on a Saturday and they sent someone over within an hour. While I probably paid more becaise it was a Saturday and uplanned, I was really just happy to get it done. The mechanic was friendly and banged it out. Would use again, planned or unplanned.

I called yesterday and was able to get put in the line up for today. I'm a previous customer, Eddie O, fixed my kitchen sink about a year ago and it's been fine ever since and today's visit was no different. I was contacted by the mechanic, Edmund at 8:00am and he said he'd be there in half an hour. True to form, he was at my door at 8:30 am. This gentleman, Edmund, who arrived was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I showed him the area, he went to work and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. He confirmed the diagnosis and my quoted price and went to work diligently fixing the problem and replacing the necessary parts, etc. He was a clean and expeditious worker and was done so quickly, my head spinned. It was awesome. All in all, the whole thing took less than 30 mins. I'm sorry for anyone who has had a tough experience but I never had with Eddie O and his team. I can honestly say this after calling around to several other plumbers, and getting their scheduling and pricing runarounds. I am very pleased with my decision to let Eddie O. (Edmund) handle my problem.

I called on 12/01/12 and told the person answering the phone that I needed a price on replacing a faucet on my basement slop sink that was leaking at a steady stream. Shortly after Eddie O called me back. I told him someone would be home AFTER 3:30. He agreed to come between 3:30 and 4:30. When my son arrived home at 3:20 there was a "Sorry we missed you" card on the door. I checked my voice mail and there was a call from a young man who said he was from Eddie O's Plumbing and was knocking on the door and no one answered. The time stamp on that call was 2:30. In what universe is 2:30 AFTER 3:30? My son called and spoke with Eddie O who said he would be at my home in 30 minutes. When I came home from visiting my Dad who is in Hospice care at 7:00, Eddie had still not shown up. I called Eddie O who said he got hung up (which I can understand) and he then agreed to come the following day, 12/3/15 at 4:30. I made it clear that if he wasn't interested in the job he simply needed to say so. He claimed he was definitely interested and would be here. Here I sit at 8:00 p.m. on 12/3/15 and once again, wasted my valuable time waiting for Eddie O when I could have been with my Dad before he leaves this world. Am I angry. You bet I am! I highly recommend you steer clear of this man. He has no respect for anyone else's time. His behavior is unprofessional and immature.

I called this business based on the rating on Angie's List. I left a message regarding the work I wanted performed. I received a call back the following day from a representative. He asked what I wanted (replace a shower pressure balancing valve and install a new toilet. The representative asked if I was going to provide the new parts. I said it did not matter however, I did not want the parts purchased at Home Depot. He said the boss would call me back. I never heard back from anyone.

In the midst of a Nor'easter related to Hurricane Joaquin, I went down to the basement when I got home from work yesterday to be sure my sump pump was working. The float was up but stuck. The motor was overheating and was incredibly hot and the pit was filled with water. I was able to lift the float manually and force the water out. I was up every hour throughout the night to let the water out. Today (Saturday), at 12:16 p.m., I called Eddie O and left a message. Steven, who was on call for emergencies, called me back 15 minutes later. It's now 1:40 and Steven has been here and gone. I have my new sump pump and will be able to sleep well tonight. I've used Eddie O before and will use him again. He and his staff are extremely responsive and professional. I recommend them highly.

I called early in the afternoon and was told someone could come by 4 PM. I received another call around 3 from Steven saying he could come before 4. He did, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me the cost, and then fixed it. In addition he fixed a leaky tap in a different bathroom, for no charge. All this was done in a span of a few hours from the time of the initial call. I appreciated their promptness and Steven's professionalism.

We wanted to have the work done immediately, but the house (aka the money pit), and a sick pet had different plans for us. Fast forward to last Friday when the kitchen sink plumbing literally fell apart (nice, right?). Called at 4PM on a Friday and they were here at 8:30AM on Monday! The most wonderful plumber EVER!!!

Our outdoor faucet was leaking non-stop and our attempts at fixing the situation resulted with the hose that connects to the faucet to spring a leak, causing a flood inside our house. We called Eddie O's on the same evening that we had the leak and THANKFULLY, within an hour Eddie was at our house to fix the problem. He welded an L-joint to connect the faucet to the hose and then realized that our hose had a unique clamp that required a special tool for it to be installed. He let us know that he would have to return the next day to complete the job because the tool he needed was back at his shop. As promised, and in a timely manner, he returned back to our house and finished the job. He was very efficient, professional and took the time to explain the job he was doing. We are beyond pleased with his work and will definitely have him on speed dial for our next emergency!

I placed a call to Eddie o's and I explained that the tub faucet was running and It wouldn't shut off. He said ok its 130. He called me back in five minutes to verify my address and said he be right over? I thought I would have to make an appointment for the following week. Well he was so fast and so professional, I was totally blown away. My house is very old and needs many repairs. I will be using him in the future.

They came and did a complete inspection, found and fixed the problem (vent wasn't properly sealed), and went above and beyond by cleaning filters and suggesting ways to prevent future problems. They came quickly, were very professional.

Water was leaking under the sink. Two guys from Eddie Plumbing came and re-seal it. Work was done in a very professional way. Will call again, if needed.
