Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for carpet cleaning. I had more area to cover that was in the deal. Mr. Stark is an amazing man to work with. He was able to clean everything I expected. My carpets were done very well. There was one room that he was not happy with once the cleaning was done. So he told me that he would come back out and redo the cleaning at no charge. I really appreciated this and I am very impressed by his work and his professionalism. I look forward having him back out!
