Joe was recommended to me from a neighbor in town, and I’m so glad we used him. He was able to remove a large, year old dog urine stain from our basement carpet, and he also gave us his own carpet spot cleaner which has gotten out dog vomit and feces as well as crayon from our various types of carpet. I just ordered more from him! Would definitely recommend Joe and will be using his services in the future! I was honestly amazed at the results. He was upfront and extremely knowledgeable.

Honestly, perfect. Owner and son were extremely professional. They were organized quick and efficient. More than that very friendly. This was my 1st time, but he made me feel like I had been a client for a long time. In addition he and his son followed all protocol with social distancing and ppe. I will be calling again. I should also explain how knowledgeable he is in his field. Gave me advice on the best ways to keep my carpets in the best possible shape. One if the carpets cleaned is the family room, extremely high traffic. I have 5 kids many pets and had many stains and odors from both. Not anymore. Stains but more importantly no more cat urine odor. NONE. I had be skeptical because cat odor is notorious go for not being neutralized. I'm telling you no more odor. I am so glad I chose them.

We have used Joe at DVCC multiple times. His system does not saturate carpets with water or steam; thus ruining the backing. Stains are removed and carpet is clean and fibers are refreshed. I have been using Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning for over three years to clean my carpets and some upholstery. I love that the cleaning materials used are environmentally friendly and leave my carpets clean and fresh smelling. Joe, the owner, is always on time and professional. I had my carpets cleaned in the beginning of the year but with being at home more since March, there were a few areas on the carpet I couldn't get clean with the spot cleaner he provides. When I texted Joe, he was able to fit me in the schedule quickly and was able to remove the areas I couldn't clean. Since he stands behind his business, he didn't charge me for this. Joe and his son cleaned our couch and loveseat today and I cannot say enough positive about them. When I first scheduled the appointment they gave me an estimated time of arrival which was in a three hour period. They also said they would give me a time closer to the actual arrival time as the morning progressed. They regularly updated me and even informed me that they would be there within just a fifteen minute span which they were. Our furniture looks lovely and they were honest about being unsure if they could clean one particular bad stain. They were able to do it! Joe and his son were courteous, clean, and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It went better than I expected! Joe (the owner) understands what "customer service" is all about. He over-communicated about his services, his policies, what he needed from me, asked what I needed and fit me into his schedule promptly. Joe does an excellent job. He communicates very well, is professional, timely and well worth the $299 plus tax to get my 2 rooms cleaned. Joe came back to spot clean a few stubborn stains for free. I would recommend Joe to everyone, and scheduled him to clean my Mother-in-law's carpets next week.
