Ricardo was great to work with. He came back himself on Mothers' Day to finish one section he and his crew were unable to finish the day before. They were fast and neat and the fence looks beautiful.

Ricardo gave me a fair price for my fence project. I have a pool and he recommended the correct fence and gate which is up to township code. I had special requests and he recommended the best solution for my problems. His crew came out when promised and did a very professional job. Working with Ricardo, the owner was a pleasure. The crew removed wire fencing & posts & replaced with aluminum. The crew showed up when scheduled and preformed a professional job from start to finish. End product looks great and all debris removed. They were a very hard working, detailed crew. Thank You.

Ricardo and his team were efficient, easy to work with, and the product is incredible. Ricardo came out to survey our property and walked us through a variety of options. We are first time home buyers and didn't know fences came in that many options but Ricardo was patient and presented us with different pricing depending on which option we chose. His men were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, they came on a Sunday morning and were done by the afternoon! We would recommend to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Ricardo was exceptional at customer service. Our fence had had it and we were trying to wait to replace until the weather was consistently warm.... the March winds made that impossible and my biggest fear was that someone would be walking by and it would fall on them,,,He came , gave us an estimate and the day before a late season snowstorm had our fence installed....the clean up was great, especially because we had to leave for work before we saw he completely finished project.....I have nothing but positive things to say and would call them back in a hearbeat

We needed to replace a 30yr old fence, Ricardo went out of his way to work with our schedule and specific needs. His crew was very cooperative and excellent clean-up job after completion of the project. Great value on the project.

Okay...u know how time is an issue for most of us? Well I waited till WINTER to start the estimation and replacement process...thank GOD All In One Fence isn't reviewing me!!! I can't say anything but good things in regards to my experience with this contractor. To summarize: Estimate - provided on the spot! Work scheduled - First 'decent' day that came up (meaning, mother nature coopearted - not so cold / wet that the work couldn't get done properly), Workmanship - outstanding, Staff - a GREAT group of people. The nicest thing about my humble home right now is my NEW FENCE :)

The whole process from All In One Fence was very convenient and accommodating from beginning to end. Ricardo, Danny, and the crew are all very nice and professional. They were understanding of our needs and adapted to any situation/issues that arised. Danny is very knowledgeable, giving his advice, and most importantly very respectable! Neighbors are complimenting the new vinyl fence. Thanks guys!!!

1. Horrific customer service (screaming, threats, etc.) 2. Threats of illegal actions by Owner upon disagreement 3. Owner refused to do what he had agreed to do 4. Decent fence 5. Refuse to give me the insurance information. I hired this company because I felt comfortable with "A" (Andrew, son of the owner) who quoted the job (not the cheapest or the most expensive.) And then it was all downhill from there because, as owner Danny later said, Andrew "is a dumbass" or, as his owner/father Ricardo said, "he's just learning, you can't hold him to what he says." A (Son): Yes, we can remove the old fence & install the new one. Homeowner: Can you move the soil/gravel that collapsed onto the old fence and grade the yard so the new fence can go in? A: We can move the soil/gravel & grade the yard for the fence, no problem. Here's your quote. (Drawing of fence & price.) Homeowner: Wonderful! Contract signed. Wait 2 months for them to install and I get a call. Owner Danny: Uh, this isn't the right price. Homeowner: That's the price, it's on the contract. D: No. That's the CASH price. You have to pay me cash for that price. It's more. Homeowner: I wasn't told that. That's the price A gave me. D: He gave you the wrong price. Homeowner: He didn't say that. I'm paying by credit card. -- back and forth -- D: (Totally ticked off) Fine! Then they finally arrive. Once the old fence was down and my yard looked like a construction bomb went off: Danny: We won't do dig up and move that soil/gravel or grade the yard. That's your responsibility. Homeowner: But A said you would do it. He said it would be no problem. I specifically asked. D: No, we don't do that. You need to do it. -- back and forth, D flat out refuses -- D: We're leaving (it's Saturday about 4pm) and you need to have that soil/gravel moved and the yard graded or we won't come back on Monday. Don't know when we'll be back. Homeowner is left no choice, it's too late to hire someone, old fence is down (making neighbors angry) & yard is dangerous with materials. Spends 5 hours digging & grading. Husband leaves a job to come home and do the digging & grading (he has to finish his job on Sunday.) Homeowner ends up with 3 herniated discs and back spasms because of the digging. Homeowner also fell over materials left in the yard and injured leg badly. Homeowner is still in physical therapy 3 months later, with medical bills at around $6,000 so far, so she refused to pay $1400 balance. Summary of calls that follow: Owner: That's not my problem. We put in the fence, that's all we had to do under the contract. You owe us $1,400. Homeowner: That's not correct or fair. 1) You changed the contract halfway through. 2) I got injured doing your job. I'm out $6k already and still can't walk. Owner: You have health insurance, use it. Homeowner: But it's your fault. You didn't do what you said you would, I had to do it and I go

Danny was great to work with. He was very responsive and very understanding, working with us when we had permit delays. The installation of the fence was done in one day and I cannot stop looking at my beautiful back yard with fence surrounding it. We love it and so do our neighbors.
