Description of Work: Not a company you want to have to call. But we moved into an old house and was having some bug issues in the basement. Did some research and called around and landed on Kapture. Signed up for their plan where they come quarterly but in between as well if needed. I waited awhile to write this review to make sure I was happy with the results. The bug activity is way down but if I’m seeing it pick up before the next scheduled visit, John always accommodates. And we have the same technician every time which is nice. He knows the house now and where the trouble spots are. Happy with the service and would recommend.

Description of Work: The exterminator came right away and took care of our carpenter bees. They even followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to make sure they were gone. I ended up buying an annual plan and I’ve been pleased so far with their services.

They also identified a frightening rat problem in our yard where rats were burrowing into the backyard and took care of them too. Will definitely use them in the future

+ -1 moreI finally called John, the owner of Kapture Pest Control and he took care of the problem quickly. Evans, the technician came over within a day or so, and treated the outside of the house and also the kitchen where the ants had decided to move in. Most all were gone within 2 weeks but they did return for another application and I am glad to say the ants have disappeared. The owner was very accommodating and price was reasonable and the service was excellent.
Description of Work: Had colony of ants which I couldn't eliminate after trying various remedies.

I asked lots of questions and Anthony was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He has extensive years of experience and it definitely shows. I would highly recommend Anthony and John who is the owner for this company to anyone. So far I'm very pleased on how responsive John was to my needs and I'm confident my issues will be resolved. Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, treated the property and had excellent results within two days removing quite a few ants inside to zero. I am extremely pleased with their service. Description of Work: Over the years occasionally I've had field mice. I spotted one in the kitchen recently. I found Kapture online and liked the owner. They sent out a technician by the name of Anthony who I really liked. He wore the booties which shows he cares for someone's house when he puts them on. He was very thorough.
