We had a very good, positive experience with them. The service was perfect on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give an 11. They exceeded expectation and the workers were wonderful. They were ahead of the scheduled time and I would recommend them to a friend.

They were very easy to schedule with and even called on the day of the appointment to offer me an earlier time slot. They arrived promptly and worked neatly and efficiently. I was even given advice on better monthly maintenance which I have never been offered before in the 5 years I have been having this furnace services. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.

We called in Water Works to replace our existing kitchen sink with a new kitchen sink, faucet and strainers. Upon looking under the sink Jim R said that the shut off valve under the sink wasn't working and wouldn't turn and needed to be replaced. According to the description of the job as Jim R wrote up: "Replace owner supplied kitchen sink and faucet. Also replace shut off emergency valve under kitchen sink. Double Basin Sink" He said the job would take about 4 hours to complete. He immediately started writing down the description of the work and quoted us $1,395.95 for the standard rate and $1,295 for the value rate. I thought this pricing was outrageous. I used Water Works several years ago and remembered them coming in with a book that contained the cost for each part of the job. Jim R had no book and just quoted the price mentioned above. After he left, I called another plumber and the total cost for the job came in at $420 and took him only 2.5 hours including the replacement of the shut off valve. Jim R's quote of 3 times the price and double the time to do the job was totally out of line. I will never use Water Works again.

They do good work and I'm very happy with them. Their work is high-quality and I'll stay with them. There were no issues with scheduling and I like that they're available on the weekends.

First off i want to say the fact that Water Works doesn't have a service charge on the weekend is amazing. We called them on Saturday after the homedepot installers would not install our new dishwasher because they couldn't find the shutoff valves and they came out the next day(Note:They were there, they either didn't know they were shutoff valves or didn't want to do the work) . We recently purchased the home and had no idea were the valves were, Bill came out and showed us the old bolt style valves on the bottom of the pipes.They needed to be replaced as they started leaking as soon as he turned them and had leaked in the past. Bill gave us the quote for the work before starting anything. He was very helpful and a joy to work with. We will be using them again.

Although we missed their first call, they nevertheless came immediately as soon as we contacted them. Very professional.

Very easy and accommodating to set up an appointment. There were weekend times available which was very helpful. The Technician was punctual and professional. We purchased the furnace tune up special for $50. Even though the technician was informative about the furnace, aside from taking off the cover and reseting the furnace there was no actual cleaning or tune up work performed. I was satisfied with how easy the company was to deal with and how pleasant the technician was, but I am not sure if I got my monies worth even though it was only $50.

I purchased the $50 coupon for a 20 point boiler inspection after having a lot of trouble with my heat not working properly last winter. I had to reschedule once on the day they were scheduled to arrive which they had no problem with. I received another date shortly there after. Jim called prior to arrival and was on time. I appreciated the boot covers he wore upon entering the house so as not to track in dirt. Jim was very polite and thorough during the inspection and explained a lot about the boiler system to me. We went through and checked all the radiators in the house, adjusting them and bleeding them to work correctly. He diagnosed the boiler problems and explained it all for me to understand. Excellent service.

it went really well. they came down and looked at it and three days later it was installed. the guy was very friendly and proffesional i would definitely recommend them and use them again

They didnt show up within the specified time of 2-4 and no one called to advise that technician would be late. I had to call them twice becuse they never called me back to let me know when the technician would arrive. When I called back a second time I was told it would be 20 minutes and technician would be there and he did show up. I should have never had to call them twice or at all about missed appointment. i should have been been notified.

After having a few plumbers be unresponsive on angieslist and some schedule but not show up, it was refreshing to interact with water works. They promptly responded to my inquiry, kept good communication, and showed up promptly. Robert reviewed my problem then gave me sensible and honest information. Great experience.

Called this company on Sunday morning to schedule for someone to come look at a water leak, a guy answered and told me a service specialist will be there between 1-3pm and await his call, after waiting until 3:45 and no show, I called the company back to find out my appt was never put in the system. Waste of time.

Dan was great. He came early for the appointment. He checked out what had to be done and gave me a price I thought was fair and proceeded to do the work. He did the work fast and clean. I would definitely hire this company again. Thank you Angie's list and thank you Water Works.

This was a while back, so details have faded from memory--except that I was impressed with the repair person's efficiency and professionalism and the company's fast response to my call. I thought the price was a bit on the high end, but that's the only issue I had with this encounter. And yes, I would use this company again.

Very well. I called requesting an approximate cost from the office. The gave a range, $99 t0 235 I think, and said they had to see it and would come by now and give me a free estimate, no obligation. Bill arrived 20 minutes later, looked at it, gave an estimate of $149. I told him to go ahead. After opening the first cleanout he revised his quote seeing he didn't have to do as much as originally thought reducing it to $99. which is the base rate. He cleared it and was done in less than an hour. Very informative and professional. Nice guy, spoke highly of his company which I really appreciated, now a days most techs seem to want to complain about their boss like he owes them a living! Would use them again for other plumbing work as well.

They did what they had to do. They even recommended a good contractor for me. They were courteous and punctual.

All went well with Luis, who went on to explain a few issues. Came back finished job, I learned some information about heating system I was not aware of, will use them at end of season for my Central Air. Good job Luis

They came and said I had a really big problem that needed to be taken care of right away. I don’t know if I needed it or not, but I did follow through because I was scared. I wasn’t happy that they used the big deal to get into the door at a low price, convince members to put my trust in him, and then charge a huge amount to “fix” the problem. I'm not sure of the best way to grade them - perhaps a "?"

It was a Sunday afternoon, there was leak in the shut-off valve and I called water works. I was trying to tighten the thread of the valve and it went bad - because of the water pressure valve came off. Water started flowing inside bathroom. All it needed was to install the shut-off valve correctly. I was a first timer and thought let a professional look at it and I wanted to make sure bath is ready for use. No one would be ready to come on Sunday afternoon and I finally ended up calling water works. They were prompt and came in within 30mins. I asked the guy to use the same valve but he insisted to install a new one and said it would cost $250 with tax. I was like, valve costs max $30 dollars and you are charging me $250. He was like, company need to operate. Well, he did a good job and I paid him as it was an emergency. But, I would not call them again because of the heavy price.
