+ -1 moreBergenDecks was extremely unprofessional in handling my enquiry. I left 3 messages with an individual, 2 messages from their website and 1 via email. Since they claim specific expertise in Helical Piles for decks, I thought I'd try and get in touch... otherwise wouldn't have even tried so many times. To date, zero response - despite promises from the person who answers the phone that the owner will call within 24 hrs. Plus, there's usually nobody with any authority (e.g, manager, supervisor, etc.) who comes on the phone. Makes me believe this is really fake operation... just a website with nothing behind.
