 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A BIT UNRESPONSIVE TO CERTAIN REQUESTS LIKE KEEPING THE DOGS TOYS WITH THEM AND FEEDING THEM THE FOOD THAT WE BROUGHT FOR THEM. OTHERWISE THE ANIMALS SEEMED CONTENT TO BE THERE AND I KNEW THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM.

 + -1 moreI CALLED THE VETERINARY OFFICE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, AND THEY KEPT RESCHEDULING. WHEN I FINALLY GOT IN, I HAD TO WAIT AND THEY WERE NOT VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE GENTLE WITH THE DOG, AND HE CAME OUT READY TO PLAY BUT I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE TOO HIGH.
