Katie came and did a quick walk through of our house to give us a quote. She was very professional. There are no contracts with Katie and she does have insurance (she provided me a copy). We have had three cleanings so far and they have always done a great job - much better than we could ever do! The first two times they came on a Saturday because we have a dog and we wanted the ladies and our dog to get used to each other. Both times on Saturday they arrived when they said they would. Now they arrive when we aren't home, which is great. We highly recommend Katie's cleaning. The ladies are thorough, professional, and our house looks wonderful.

This was the second time I used her. She is very pleasant. She is very clean. When her workers came, they were very polite and courteous. They did a phenomenal job. I would recommend them highly.

I made an appointment to have her come to my house, 4 days prior, for an estimate. I cancelled all my appointments since the appointment was for Midday. Just 15 minutes before the scheduled time, she said I live too far. We actually live in the same Township. I was extremely disappointed.

Katie's cleaners did a great job on my house, and after the first cleaning my husband and I just had to have them come every other week. The house looks and smells great! They came on time, were so friendly, and I think the price is great. Thanks Katie!

I had read great reviews by other customers on Angie?s List and called Katie to get a price for my house being thoroughly cleaned. As I was moving and listing my home for sale, I needed a company that would be reliable and do an excellent job. Katie called me right back and within 2 hours, she was at my home assessing what I needed done. Katie was a sweet young lady who obviously was interested in pleasing me as a customer. She listened well and noted what I needed done. Despite being solidly booked that week, she made a special appointment for my house to be cleaned on the day and time I required it to be done. The cleaners who worked in my house did a superb job! They brought all the proper equipment with themselves to make the house sparkle! My realtor, who inspected their work after the job was done, called me to say that I had chosen the best cleaning service she had seen in a long time. My realtor commented that the cleaning staff went above and beyond to make the house sparkle and smell fresh! Given the high quality of work performed by Katie?s, my realtor asked for Katie?s card so that she could refer other clients who needed cleaning service either on a routine basis or prior to listing their home for sale. The realtor commented that the price charged was VERY reasonable for the amount and quality of work performed. Thank you Katie?s Cleaning Service for doing such a great job! When my house was being shown for sale, several prospective buyers commented how clean and fresh everything looked. Katie scheduled the appointment to see my home, looked at all the rooms, discussed what I needed to have cleaned and scheduled the first initially cleaning a week later. She advised us how many people were needed and the time it would take to clean the home properly and cost which was very much in line with most services and individuals. The cleaning day and time was scheduled at my convenience which I appreciated. I came home to a very clean house. She used the cleaning supplies that I requested and was happy to see that. We expect to have her crew back next week.

I learned about this cleaning service on the web and wanted to try it out myself. I went on their website and called. The call was simple and well explained. Since my schedule is very tight, I was surprised of their flexibility and punctuality. Their service was extremely detailed and fast, never seen my place this neat. The first few times i made sure i was home during the cleaning and was satisfied overall. Two women came to do the cleaning which took 2-3 hours and was very detailed. They worked with me on the date and time and eventually i just gave them a key and they come when i am not home so i do not even have to be there to get my house cleaned.

I`m very pleasd with service from Kaies Clening and her crew .I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for cleaning help because they are reliable,honest and always do job extremely professional .Cant ask for anything better Thank you Katie
