 + 0 moreIn all Greg and his primary crew did a very good job. However there was a couple of difficult periods in the process and why I could only rate them as ""B"" overall. First was because the original estimate given was for 2-3 weeks, but once I signed the contract it quickly changed to 4-5. The second was with lack of oversight of the plumber that resulted in work having to be redone. And in general it seemed more combative than it had to be when I pointed out issues that required resolution which struck me, because they do good work. In the end, if they had provided more onsite supervision of the tradesmen and been more willing to listen to my concerns, I would have been happy to give an ""A"" rating. As a note, the ""B"" rating under professionalism is based on the plumber sub-contracted by TLC. Greg and his team alone would have gotten an ""A""."
Description of Work: "TLC - Belfor acted as contractor for repair of an exterior wall on my house that had suffered extensive damage. This included arranging for plumber, electrician, and mason, as well as performing carpentry services.
