I initially bought this service as a painting deal. I needed the ceilings in some rooms painted. The deal was for 2 painters for 8 hours. When Mike contacted me I explained what I wanted and Mike decided to see the job first. An appointment was set up for two days later. I had another commitment at that time. I wound up using another contractor who was available when I needed for the job. I cannot speak to the quality of the workmanship they may have provided.

Very well. They were professional, neat and fast.

My experience was okay. He did not charge me anything more than the $125 Big Deal. He was alright. I was just not impressed. The cost of the service was okay. Their responsiveness was good.

Our windows look beautiful! Mike and Dave were prompt, friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future!

They never showed up to perform any services. It looks like that they use angies list to fill up gaps when they have nothing to do. We just wasted a month of time and will never buy anything again from this service provider.

Thoroughly cleaned the windows as promised. He worked his butt off and the windows look awesome! Got more than I thought I would, very pleased. Also, a fellow Dodger fan, so that pushed him over the top in my eyes! Thanks!

I have not been contacted by the provider since the beginning of August, even though I paid $125.00 for their service.

Jim came to my home on 6-29-15 and gave me an estimate for 1) cleaning our gutters and 2) power washing my garage door and back steps. He told me he would do the job in the first week of July. Time passed, and 1 month later in the first week of August I called them to inquire why the job had not been completed yet. I left a message. I got a text from Jim saying he messed up and basically forgot about me, but that he would do the job early the next week. Two weeks later, I texted him again, and I called and left multiple messages on their voicemail, because they had still not done the work. Finally he called me back on August 18th and said he had been sick and therefore had not completed my job yet, but that he would try and come to my house the next week. Of course, I did not believe him this time. I fired him. Bottom line: they wasted my time. I would not recommend this company.

Mike, one of the owners came and did estimate for us, took a few phone calls, but he came when he said he would. Powerwashed the next week, and just did the staining of deck today. Mike and Devon were both so nice and professional! They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased, do not hesitate to call and schedule an estimate, they are the best! Price was extremely fair too. We hired them to do some inside painting also, which they will do later in month. Highly recommend this company!

Basically good. On the front end I had to call twice to get an estimate. Then, more unusually, when I selected them over other bidders I had to again call twice to get them to do the job. Their basic service was good on both Powerwash and gutter cleaning. I do wish either they'd gotten out the tougher stains or could have known (and told me) in advance if removal was unlikely (e.g., yellowing of concrete stoop steps, blackness on risers of same steps and blackness around external kitchen hood vent fan. Even still, good value, good in most respects but I may try somebody else next time.

We got off to a shaky start due to communication issues, however they did a great job power washing my home.

It worked out excellent! Great guy very accommodating with the schedule and also excellent communication. I was very satisfied.

Reliant did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my house and gutters and took pains to be careful of newly planted roses near the front of the house. Furthermore, their final price for both jobs was less that a "big deal" that was currently being offered by another company. My only complaint is there was a wee bit too much phone tag. Despite this minor hassle, I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Frank did an excellent job and was courteous throughout the entire process. His work is fabulous and I'm very pleased with the results. Mike was extremely professional and courteous as well. They will be my go to painters from here on in!

Second time we used them they did a great job for what could be done on an older faded composite wood deck. Will used them again next year to do our houses and windows.

We were never able to schedule a time. The last time I reached out was on April 5th and he told me that he would reach back out to me after he looked at the upcoming weather. He never got back in touch with me.

I was very happy with the work Jim had done. He was very polite and friendly. The job was done quickly. The price was VERY reasonable. He was very informative about another issue I was having with my home. . He took the time to explain exactly what I needed to have done. All in all, he was a great guy to deal with and I would definitely recommend him to others.

I feel very fortunate that I found Reliant Home Services on Angie's List. I had an extremely positive experience with this company. Last week, I called Reliant Home Services and spoke to the owner, Mike Lawlor. He was very courteous and was able to immediately schedule a house call to look at the work that I needed to be done. Within a day, thereafter, I had a professional, written estimate from him which was very fairly priced. Mike Lawlor had no problem scheduling our work in a prompt way. He and his team showed up at my home at the exact time he said he would arrive. I had a lot of work done at my home - roof cleaned; power washed the entire house; gutters cleaned; windows and screens cleaned; patio power washed and pavers sanded. Mike and his two colleagues worked diligently and they were perfectionists in all the work that they did for me. When they left, my home glistened. I'm most appreciative at the excellent service Mike Lawlor, and his company provided. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional, showed up on time, did good prep work and wonderful paint job. We were very pleased.

We bought an Angie's List Deal from this provider, for two painters for one day. We couldn't use the deal when we first purchased it in November, however, it is valid through April 30th. We tried to contact them multiple times in March, and they would not respond. Very disappointing, waste of money as Angie's List will not refund your money after 30 days.
