This company did complete the planting however it was not without its challenges. When we were looking around for various contractors to do this work the representatives from blue mountain - Mark and Felix were attentive and came a couple of times to our place to discuss the scope of the project. We assumed this company would have good customer service however that was not the case.
We worked with Mark and Felix whom I would NOT recommend to anyone. Once they have your money - they are totally UNRESPONSIVE. They have still - per our contract - to finish off some of the work however it has been impossible to receive any responses from any of them. They do not respond to phone text or any messages.
Then owner of this company came one day to inspect the work and kept speaking about customer service being key for this company which is totally untrue.
We will definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Also - do not work with Mark or Felix as they are very unprofessional and unresponsive.
This is not a reliable company to work with especially if you are undergoing a significant landscaping project.
