Royal Duct Cleaning did a good job. They cleaned the dryer vent, and under and behind the dryer. We asked them to install a faucet while they were here, and they did that quickly, efficiently, and they didn't overcharge. They were pleasant and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The work performed was excellent and I would use them again. My only problem was the communication by the company. The job was not at my home but at a property that I manage. Because of rain the job had to be rescheduled several times but I was not notified that the job needed to be rescheduled and I went to the property to wait for the company and the did not show up. In summary, I'm very satisfied with the work performed but the company needs to communicate better when a job needs to be rescheduled.

I had a duct cleaning scheduled for May 18 At 11 o clock set up the appointment with Veronica via text plus a phone call 2 o clock Saturday date of the appointment no-show no call or voice messages are full and no text are returned would not hire this company if I could give them zero stars for service and being professional they would get nothing.

They gave me an appointment the very next day I called. They did a thorough job. Very polite, clean and neat. Their price was unbeatable. I would recommend them for similar jobs.

Jeremy was amazing, he came out the SAME day I called within hours. He took pictures of the issue and explained everything clearly. Fixed the duct at an absolutely unbeatable price. This was the best service imagineable, I wish I needed them for something else.
