A three man team came and worked efficiently to clean our dryer vent. Our vent went directly into a crawl space under the house. Anchor extended the duct so that it could be accessed from outside. I’ll be calling them again next year.

This company provides more of vent cleaning service (RATHER THAN DUCT CLEANING SERVICE). They did vent cleaning really well. But they don't have proper equipment and expertise to perform main duct cleaning. If you have multiple access panels in the main duct everywhere, they can try to clean with the brush attached with a vacuum. Don't expect them to cut out access panelS or bring powerful vacuum to create negative suction in the whole duct. They primarily rely of the A/c unit suction for the debris to reach the filter. You are basically paying $250 for good vent cleaning service.

They were very responsive communication. The price was fair and they showed up on time. They did the work requested and did it right. They were very professional and even wore protective shoe coverings to keep my carpets clean. Really a great experience.
