No follow-up service with my issue. Doesn't return phone calls. I hired them because I was having water come into fireplace. They did fix concrete and loose mortar on top of chimney..they said they did a chimney sweep also but they arrived 4:45 and it was getting dark they were here until 6:30 ,,days later it rained and got water in the fireplace. I called them 7 times in last month and after 2 weeks the owner Jerry texted me his office would call and re schedule a follow up.. but I got no call. I am now is a dispute and home advisor is involved. UPDATE: The resolution reached was satisfactory to me.

I hired them to fix a cap that blew off my chimney on my house. They came on time, on a Saturday, and within the quote that was givin . They also did a little more work that needed to be done . Not a big job but very pleased with The work. Would hire them again for sure

The persons who did the cleaning were very courteous and professional. They even asked what else did I want to have cleaned aside from the ducts like the furnace, etc. They cleaned my dryer vents as well. Thank you for the good service.

A team of three came and it was early evening. They would've been able to complete the job to my satisfaction but they couldn't access the very end of the duct run because I couldn't get them access to it since this is a condo community. They did however tell me exactly what the issue was and when I finally got the management company to get someone on the roof, they found exactly what Royal said it was. I would recommend this company

They did not do the job they were asked to do. They were extremely fast and there was no visible difference. Their equipment was not up to date. They were extremely rude.

Good follow up on day of appointment

I hired Jerry because I needed a wire mesh cap on my chimney and I needed my chimney cleaned and they did the wire mesh cap and all that they did was vacuum the fire box for the cleaning, I also wanted the chimney inspected, I never saw them do any cleaning and I am concerned, I called Jerry and he said that he would sent the crew out tomorrow to take care of it, I have not seen anyone

They do try to up sell you the whole time. For instance. They want to clean the furnace and replace dryer vents .

Extremely professional, did a very good job, and were great to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Contractor was not professional. When they cleaned the chimney they did so from inside of the home. I told them that the poles they were using were too small to reach all the way to the top, but they dismissed me!! They never went on the roof to drop the chimney brush down to clean it properly. The brush was undersized (not correct diameter) of the chimney so only one side was cleaned. For $104 with tax I did not get what I payed for. I will do it myself from now on. Are there any honest contractors anymore? Beyond upset!!

Great experience - the guys came out to quote the work - did so competitively and were done inside of an hour at a very reasonable price.

Honest and diligent folks

This is not a true duct cleaning service, they basically vacuumed the registers and returns. Were in and out in an hour for $400 bucks! Total rip off! I had duct cleaning done before and it was large machine and took several hours. I could have done what they did with a dust buster!

Highly recommended! I contacted Home Advisor to get recommendations for dryer vent cleaning not only for my home, but for 6 of my neighbors as well! Within moments, Jerry contacted me to discuss job specifications, negotiate a group rate discount, and make arrangements to perform the service on a date and time that worked for all of us! Jerry and his crew arrived on time. All crew members wore booties when working inside our homes! Our dryers and vents were cleaned beautifully! Certification of cleaning was provided for us to pass along to our homeowners association. Thank you, Jerry and crew, for a job well done!

These fellows actually came back after they cleared my dryer vent because the dryer was still not hot. They crawled behind the stacked dryer and actually identified a bent feeder pipe, straightened it out, and fixed the dryer!!! These guys were terrific!!

Professional and courteous service. Fair prices.

They were in touch quickly, confirmed appointment time, and arrived within the window. Fireplace cleaning was done quickly and mostly without any evidence they'd been there. Did not inspect the chimney cap but told me from the ground that it would need to be replaced for an additional $350.

They were courteous and did a very good job. The only minor complaint is they came a half hour later than expected. I would hire them again.

Fast and courteous. Will definitely recommend to anyone, and hire again.
