The work performed was effective and efficient. They were professional, and did a top to bottom cleaning! I did not realize the dirt that was in my vents. Job well done!

They did not do a thorough job and they tried to overcharge me. When I pointed this out the supervisor said he made a math error. I had to tell them exactly what the boss said they would do. And, they didn't coat the inside of the chimney which the boss said they would do. They just did the first few feet. Furthermore, I thought they would inspect the top of the chimney for any blockages. They did not do that.

They were able to come out quickly, were super responsive, and got the job done which is exactly what I want out of a homeadvisor pro.

Professionals!! These guys were awesome ! Starting with Veronica in the office to the gentlemen who completed the work. They were very responsive , they knew exactly what I needed done to keep my tenants safe. They covered their shoes , the floors , and furniture. Who does that?? AND they cleaned up the area ! Customer service is Number 1 with Royal Duct cleaning.

I felt very comfortable having Jerry and crew cleaning the ducts and vents throughout the house. Jerry took pictures of the ducts before and after he cleaned them. They were all professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I’m sorry I hesitated to call, but I’m glad I chose these guys! Spoke to them around 7pm on Friday, had a crew here by 930am Saturday. Very nice, hard working guys! Went above and beyond. Will use for chimney and vent cleaning soon!

One of the technicians asked me if I lived alone. I answered truthfully, but it made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, 2 of the techs asked to use my bathroom, which is unprofessional, especially since they left the seat up! Yuck!
