+ -1 moreH&H Landscaping is doing an inadequate job maintaining the lawn at Park Place. The lawn is diseased and full of weeds. In addition, the week of June 13, a hole was made in my basement window frame that was not there previously. · It occurred while H&H lawnmowers were running and behind my condo. · My contractor and his co-worker were in the kitchen and heard a noise (rock hitting the window) while H&H lawnmowers were running. I notified the condo a**. on Jun 24 and asked them to have H&H Landscape repair my window. On July 5 the condo a** notified me via US mail that I am responsible for the window repair and H&H Landscaping will not make the repair. On July 12 I found Walt , the owner of H&H Landscaping, at my broken window and he was touching my property and photographing it. There is no reason why he should continue to come to my window and touch it. He has been hired to maintain the landscape of Park Place, not touch condo owners' personal property. This is unprofessional behavior. Also, this business seems to have numerous addresses listed online, but the same phone number. H&H Landscape seems to reside on Jackson Rd in Voorhees and Atco, as well as in the non-existent town of Water Works. How can this be?
Description of Work: H&H Landscaping performs lawn maintenance at the condominium where I live. Their lawnmowers throw up stones and have hit my windows on two occasions, most recently the week of June 13. The owner refuses to accept responsibility for these occurrences leaving me with the cost to replace two windows. In addition, he behaves in a rude and threatening manner in my presence. The lawn that H&H Landscaping maintains is full of crabgrass, nut grass weeds as well as various other weeds. Much of the lawn by my condo has been overtaken by disease and in many spots only weeds are growing through the dead grass.
