I recently renovated my bathroom and bedroom and could not recommend Built-Well Builders highly enough. Keith Hessman was the utmost professional and his work crews followed suit. In the planning stages Keith drew up 8 possible bathroom blueprints for me and when I ultimately chose 1, he even made alterations according to my specs. While the work was being done, every artisan showed up on time and left the worksite each day as clean as possible. As contractor, Keith was there every day not only working himself but also overseeing the workmanship of his crews. He guided me in the selection of materials and fixtures. In my bedroom, Keith reconfigured existing walls to accommodate the installation of custom made drawers and cabinets. He redesigned existing closets to increase their utility. Keith was amazing and a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire him again!

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUILT-WELL. KEITH (WHO DIDNT KNOW US AT THE TIME) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND ENOUGH PLEXIGLASS FOR THE JOB AT A TIME WHEN IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IT DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC IN MAY. VERY PLEASED. WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE.

Keith Hessman and his entire team did an EXCELLENT JOB. Right from the very start he was very professional, punctual, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable, throughout in the entire project !! He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. I HIGHLY recommend Built-Well Builders /Keith Hessman for ANY project in your home or office. You will be VERY happy.

Keith and his crew did a fabulous job for us! We needed a new roof so we decided to have Keith build a false peak to give more dimension to our house. Not only was he here when he said he would be - our property was kept spotless! We are so pleased with the way the house looks! We would certainly recommend Built-Well for any work on your home. We’re thrilled with how the Bathroom (April 2018) turned out and hired Keith again when it was time to do the Kitchen (September 2019). Built-Well was referred by a family friend when I was looking to completely redo the bathroom. I had several quotes and it was Keith’s professionalism, attention to detail about what I was looking for as well as condo construction knowledge that set him apart from the others. Keith is the consummate professional. He is personally dedicated to seeing each job through to completion. Keith sets up the demo (cleanest operation I've ever seen), construction, tiles (amazing attention to detail; levelled perfectly) , electric, plumbing, paint, all of it for you. Keith keeps you updated daily about the following days task and is personally onsite more often than not. His team is onsite daily (except holidays, waiting on inspections). Keith will provide company recommendations for countertop and cabinets (you are not obligated to use them). I 100% recommend Built-Well and Keith to anyone that asks. Products used: Bathroom: Floor & Decor tiles, Kohler tub & medicine cabinet, American Standard Toilet, Delta faucets, Loews vanity, Hampton Bay light fixture Kitchen: Floor & Decor tiles, J&K Cabinets, DuPont Zodiaq Countertop, Hampton Bay pendants, GE Appliances, Bosch dishwasher, Home Depot D back sink, Delta faucet Duration for 5' x 7' bathroom was about 6 weeks, including 2 weeks due to town inspections and space is so small that only 1 person could be in there at a time to work. Duration for 9' x 8' kitchen was about 2 months, this includes wall removal and closet resizing, 1.5 weeks due to town inspections + 1 holiday.

Keith and his crew did an incredible job. We are so happy with our new bathrooms, deck and kitchen. Everyone was very professional, attentive and responsive. Keith was so easy to work with and very accessible. His pricing was fair and finished on schedule. We needed additional work done - hardwood floor refinishing, new indoor railings, new counter tops and the subcontractors Keith recommended all did a great job and were just as easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Built-well. again.

Keith and his staff were very efficient, professional, trustworthy and clean. They did a beautiful job with my kitchen and basement stairs. I would highly recommend them for any home renovation!

We have had a lot of work done to our home using Home Depot and Lowes because we were afraid of using a General Contractor. We took a risk for our home addition and after our experience with Built-Well Builders, Keith and his team, I will only use Built-Well Builders going forward. . . The Service, Relationship, Quality and Cost was all very good.

Keith renovated our bare basement. He made a beautiful custom fit wall unit for a flat screen tv and installed closets, Sheetrock, lighting, heat and air and rubber flooring. He also installed a larger (much more safe) slider window in our basement. The hall and master bath were also redone. both with much roomier designs (thanks to Keith). Both baths and basement are beautiful. We would recommend Built-We’ll Builders to anyone looking for a renovation.

It did not go. after a month of leading me to believe he could do it, passing on other contractors I had to press him.. He saysI will have to pass.

My wife and I purchased our first property that is over 100 years old and needed to be gutted and done right. We hired Keith since he has great reviews here at Angie’s. From the get go Keith was responsive, professional about his work and very good at maintaining out budget. Since this was a full renovation job we planned for him and his crew to do electrical, plumbing, hvac, insulation, drywall, added a second bathroom to the house, open concept (which included removing load bearing wall), reconfiguring the floor plan. We are very happy with the results of our old, new place. Thank you Keith and crew. We definitely recommend.

Keith’s team of experts in their respective fields were always professional, courteous and on time. They worked efficiently and always left a clean work area at the end of the day. They were able to come up with creative solutions to issues that arose during the project, ie. uneven floors, walls, etc. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and will definitely be using Built Well’s services in the future.

Great! Keith has a lot of experience in the area so everything from permits to the demolition dumpster was managed professionally. He's got a great crew (carpenters, electrician, plumber, tile and wood floor installer) who handled all facets of my kitchen demolition and installation with Keith there doing the work and overseeing all aspects. And with any major renovation there were "bumps in the road" that Keith was able to roll with and saved the day numerous times when something didn't go according to plan. He's also meticulous with trying to keep the accumulated dust to a minimum with clever floor to ceiling tarp posts which closed off entire rooms. In addition he has a zippered tarp to keep dust out of higher traffic areas that need to be accessed. And he always broom cleaned the area before he left for the day. Thanks to Built-Well I have beautiful new kitchen!

Had work done while we were away. They gutted a very old bathroom down to the studs. Since we were away I had daily phone calls every morning- it’s always nice to have a contractor that answers the phone when you call - we are more than thrilled with the final product

Built-Well Builders exceeded my expectations. My project was small, but, they treated me as if this was their biggest project. They were professional, met with the building inspector and completed the project on time and on budget.

Two years ago, Keith and Built Well did a full blown kitchen remodel for our family. That project went very well, so we had Keith do our house addition. Similar to our previous experiences with Keith, the project went very well. All work was done on time and on budget. Keith and his team are very professional and friendly. During large scale projects, many decisions need to be made, and Keith and his team proved to be an excellent source of ideas and solutions to any issues that may arise. I highly recommend Built-Well for your home projects.

Keith is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. He came up with creative ideas for our space and kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way. He has high standards of workmanship and a friendly and professional crew. Keith was very reasonable about accommodating changes that came up during the project. The project took a little longer than originally expected but we're very happy with the final result.

I hired Built-Well to add a second story dormer to my cape and build a new bathroom based off of the plans from an architect. Keith was responsive, honest and overall great to work with through this process. This was my first expedition into the world of major home remodeling and I couldn't be happier with my choice in Built-Well!! Everyone who worked on the project was punctual, respectful and friendly which definitely helps when they are spending multiple days inside your home with your family. They always cleaned up after themselves and thought of how their work would affect our house and family, even going as far as to amend the plans on the fly to not have to cut into the ceilings of both my daughters rooms avoiding unnecessary collateral damage. That was greatly appreciated as we had a 2-1/2 year old and a newborn in the house. Keith always kept us in the loop as to what the next step in the process was and what we could expect for the coming days. He even went as far as to finish the roof himself in order to keep the project on track and within budget. Not something that every business owner would be willing to do!!
