Technician came as expected, was quick in diagnosing and fixing an issue. He was also upfront about the cost with replacing sprinklers

Overall very good

They came to turn on my sprinklers and told me they would need to change one of the broken heads and while they were changing it I could pay the bill of $143.00 because they were done with programming our box and checked everything else out. After I paid them, they turned around and told my husband that all our sprinklers valves were bad and needed replacing. Why wasn't this brought to our attention BEFORE I paid them. They shut the outside water supply off so my system wouldn't run, hence I paid them for a service they didn't do as my sprinklers aren't on. After they left I went downstairs to my box and nothing was touched (box had the wrong date and time on it-nothing programmed). I called the customer service department and told them of the problem and was told I would get a call back, still waiting on a call. I didn't even get a copy of my bill until after I requested one be sent, but they had no problem sending the quote for all 6 valves ($810 + tax) and asking when I wanted to schedule it.
