Tony from ACWC came out to my house in the afternoon after I had called in the morning to set up an appointment with the office. Jessica was very diligent in the office to try to get someone out as quickly as possible and she came through. I had just removed a hornet's nest that had remnants still sticking to a soffit in a corner of my house and although it was tough to get out, Tony did a tremendous job getting it totally removed and clean. All County Window Cleaning is the best power washing company out there and I highly recommend them for any cleaning scenario.

They did an excellent job on my powerwashing. Everything was cleaned very well. Unfortunately, the only negative thing was that the furniture and flower pots that were moved were not put back in place afterwards. But to their credit, when I did call and mention this, they offered to give me a $50 discount or $200 towards future services. What happened was it was an extremely hot day, and the technician was really worn down by the excess heat. I do understand that, and they did rectify the situation. Other than that, it was a great job. The pricing was on the expensive side. I wasn't there but they were there, they did the job the day they specified.

The job went excellent. The men were even early for our appointment but called before hand to make sure it was ok. Great Job

They did a good job. The guy that came out was very thorough and very courteous and he was here when he was suppose to be here. We liked their service very much.

Returned my call promptly. They showed up on time and did a great job. I had booked a service to also have the outside of my gutters hand washed. When they showed up the guy said he thought he could get them clean with just the pressure washer but he would do the other process if I still wanted it. Turns out he was right. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. I was very happy with the service.

They are always polite on phone give discounts. show up when expects and i have always bern very pleased.

This company has been cleaning the windows (including screens) and glass doors in my home since 2004. I have always been been very satisfied with their personnel and the work they have done for me. Their people always arrive at the scheduled time and have always been pleasant, professional and do an excellent job. They are respectful of and careful when working around my property both inside and outside my home. When they finish their work my windows and doors are sparkling. Their office personnel are very nice and do everything they can to accomodate your schedule including resceduling an appointment if you need to do so. I will definately continue to use thier service.

All County Window Cleaning came to my house up in the mountains and did a great job cleaning my windows. They contacted me immediately after I emailed them. We set up an appointment. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. They showed up on time. They did a great job. The two men who did the work were obviously very knowledgeable about windows beyond just saying, "I'm going to clean your window." They pointed out that some seals were broken and some other things. They're not in the business of repairing them. They're not. They just pointed them out to me for my benefit. They're very nice. The prices were reasonable. I have a very tall house, so it wasn't an easy job. They had to really move around.

They were punctual and they came here and did what they had to do.

All County Service has always been excellent. The individuals that performed the work arrived on time. They reviewed the services and the estimate before beginning. They were neat and respectful of my home. The windows and the sills were call cleaned to my satisfaction.

First, the phone reps are polite and knowledgeable and explain the process, charges and options completely. Very pleased; no surprises. Technician came close to the appointed time of 7am. He was polite and courteous and explained what he would be doing and told me the full price before starting, after he measured the gutters. Very good job; they do the gutters by hand "because they would dent if cleaned with the powerwasher". This cost is $2/foot. Cost to powerwash any size house was $249 ($349 minus $100 off for angie's list customer); this was supposed to be a special but they also said there is always a special running. I think they usually charge $249, which is a good price. They apply a cleaning solution first, then power wash it off. The siding is nice and clean. The gutters in the front look like new. The picture window is sparkling (7.50 + tax to clean the outside). They offer to come back if you are unhappy with anything, and call the next day to be sure you are OK with the price and the work. My only question was whether all other companies charge separately for the "gutter whitening". I did not bother to check and would advise looking into this because it does add a substantial amount to the final cost. This is the only reason I gave a "b" in price. The gutters do look great, and I would recommend this company.

i've been using them annually for a few years, but stopped using them after they wanted to charge me $75 per window to remove and clean and old fashioned wood storm window and divided sash. my estimate would be about 15-20 minutes in time per window. when i complained they just looked at my like i was nuts and shrugged their shoulders. they called the manager and i spoke to her and she just said "that's what we charge". on top of that they wanted me to sign a waiver that if they damaged any of the windows they were not responsible. this made me think that i was probably paying them too much overall for the job. i let them finish the job without cleaning the storm windows and vowed to myself to find someone else the next time. i found another cleaner through angies's list whom did the same job for much less money and they only wanted to charge $10 for each of the old fashioned wood storm windows i mentioned.

Chip arrived on time at 8:00 am in the morning. He was well-mannered and showed respect for my property. He spent the morning power washing my bi-level home and did a very nice job. I have lots of trees and lots of spider webs by the time the fall comes along. I have recommended them to a friend and would certainly have them work for me again, since the price is managable and the work was well done.

I have had great results each time. Work done without a flaw.

I had used All County once before for cleaning a few windows and they were ok. This second time was a disaster! First I tried to reschedule the window cleaning due to the upcoming torrential rain storm. I basically felt that to have windows cleaned when it's raining out will result in a poor job. I was having a large graduation party and I wanted the windows to look their best. The scheduler explained they could always come back to "touch up" rain spots etc. and I eventually relented. I was skeptical and annoyed we couldn't reschedule but when the crew of about six frazzled guys showed up late the next day with only a few hours to do the entire job because of the delays due to the heavy rains, I was mortified. They explained they would get to whatever they could but that some of the less noticeable and accessible windows would get done at a later date. I felt they rushed through the window cleaning and were not professional at all. The most depressing was that after we had the graduation party, I finally had time to really check out their work and discovered that our new sliding glass door in our bedroom has many scratches on it from their razor tool. I feel If they weren't in such a rush to start, maybe they could of explained the risk better and given me an option before they had me sign off on the contract. I have not called the company to report my experience yet as I am quite frankly still kind of in shock about it and am mad at myself for not listening to my gut originally.

While the company is based in NJ, they advertised in our area, and did the job at our home in Chester, NY. Our house had never been power washed, but it had developed mold and algae on large areas of the vinyl siding that are not exposed to direct sunlight. We also had never washed the outside of the upstairs windows because they were two and a half stories up, and I don't like heights or ladders. When we called to make an appointment, they were very courteous, and scheduled the appointment dates. They called on the day before each job to confirm the time. On both days, they arrived on time. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered by questions and explained what would be done. For the power washing, the worker sprayed a cleaner on each section of the house and then power washed that section. I was amazed that the mold and algae came off so easily with the power washing. The power washing did not do any damage to the vinyl siding. In addition, he also power washed our front porch (wood) which got all the dirt out. The next day, the window cleaning crew came and did the outside of the windows. We didn't want the inside of the windows done because we do them ourselves. Again, the crew was on time, and did an excellent job in a very short time. We would definitely hire this company again. Their prices seemed reasonable, and we value their courtesy and professionalism.

It was a rough start because the two guys who initially came said they were allergic to bees and could not do my windows until the cooler weather since I had some bees nests behind the window shutters, so we made another appointment. The second time they came, it was pouring out raining and when questioned, they answered that as long as their supervisor wanted them to work, they would work in the rain. Needless to say, there were spots on the windows when the sun came out. Two other guys came out at my request and redid all the windows inside and out, apologizing for the prior cleaner attempts. These guys did a great job.
