Description of Work: I was personally doing a bathroom renovation and I didn't want to deal with the plumbing aspect. They quoted me their price for the services I needed and I scheduled them into the renovation plan. They were always on time and did a great job. The removed the old toilet and installed a new toilet. The installed the new bath tub and all fixtures. Great to work with and the price was great.

Both cases required the removal of the appliance in order to examine the cause of the problem. The major repair was caused by an unknown leak that had caused the hardwood flooring to rot & had rusted the metal flange until it finally broke. This repair had to be postponed until a carpenter could fix the floor.
