Description of Work: Toilet installation cost $500.00 I had water leak. Person say first it will be $300 + parts. Parts i need flange, Which cost in regular hardware store $20.00. He charged for parts 79.99, coking charged as material. And nuts and bolts also charged. and supply line was new but he replace for another $20.00. Price is ridiculous. Never Never Never again with this company.

Description of Work: RuDan plumbing installed a new recirculating tankless water heater, run water lines and will run additional water lines. They have been installing the new plumbing needed for my kitchen renovation as well as running direct lines to sinks, tubs, etc. for the water supply from the new tankless heater (cuts down time for the water to warm up at the outputs)

Description of Work: I was seeing rusting on my sewer stack and was concerned that it might need to be replaced. They came over to check it out and I was told that this is not an urgent issue, and that I should have 5-10 years, if not more, before anything needed to be done. Very refreshing to find an honest company that does not look to do unnecessary work just because they can. There was no charge for the evaluation.

Rui was able to give me a quote and schedule an appointment for one week later. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done. I added two drain clearing requests after he showed up to do the agreed upon job and the added cost also was reasonable. Rui showed up 10 minutes before the time we agreed on and his helper a few minutes later. He was clean and pleasant and cleaned up after the work was done.
Description of Work: Replaced corroded 4-inch iron pipe in basement, remounted faucet on basement washtub, snaked and fixed drain on upstairs sink and bathtub, replaced corroded aluminum stopper with chrome stopper, and (finally) replaced corroded vent pipe from furnace to chimney.

Rui was great. He was able to come after 7 pm, which is when I usually get home from work, so I didn't have to take another day off. He was very careful with the removal, and put down towels under the appliances so they wouldn't get the floors wet. And he was equally careful with the replacement. He charged the price he quoted, he was on time, and very professional. He's the one I'm going to call the next time I have plumbing problems.
Description of Work: The toilet and sink from my powder room had to be removed before work could be done on the floor. Then they had to be re-installed after the work was done.

I was getting a leak from my boiler of unknown origin. When I contacted my oil company, they told me it was a plumbing problem and they did not address those issues even though they installed the boiler. RuDan was able to come and assess the problem. I have a hot water heating system and it turns out that the fuel oil company made an error in connecting the heating system. RuDan corrected the problem within the estimate provided.
Description of Work: I have used this plumber on two occasions and have found them to be prompt, courteous, and professional. I have a hot water heating system and when the boiler was replaced by the fuel company, I learned that the hot water system was not correctly connected. RuDan Plumbers were able to correct the problem within a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite please with their service and would highly recommend them.
