Description of Work: They painted interior and exterior surfaces. It went very well and I would recommend their service to anyone who needs painting done.

Description of Work: A 3 day job was done in 2 quite efficiently. They came on Friday with 5 men, and 2 men finished the job on saturday. They stayed until every little spot that needed another dab of paint was covered to my satisfaction. The supervisor was wonderful and very professional. The mess was kept to a minimum which was great considering they painted the entire interior of the home. The woman who helped us choose the colors as a free service was a fantastic resource that we weren't even sure we wanted, but were so glad we took advantage of. Because a lot of our furniture was not yet delivered they also gave us a bit of a discount on the price which also was appreciated.

Description of Work: They painted my kitchen and small bathroom. They needed to remove wall paper that was up for 20 years in both rooms. The person they sent in was a gentlemen AND A PROFESSIONAL. He was on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job. I was able to leave him alone while I took care of personal business. He completed the job as scheduled in 2.5 days. I thought they may have been a bit expensive but I walked away completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Certa-pro did an exterior house paint job. Work was excellent, on time and in budget. Would highly recommend them. John, the site-manager, was very attentive and sensative to all needs and facets of the job.

Description of Work: The job went okay, however there were a few hiccups. Although I had sent an email to the office manager with my paint choices, they had not been communicated to the painting team on the work order. Therefore, the wrong paint finish was bought and the right one had to be bought mid job. This delayed the work. Additionally, the was communication issues between the team. Since the job was delayed on the second day and I had an appointment, I had given the team an option to continue painting or come back the next day. The team that was there chose to come back the next day. The team communicated to the foreman that I had sent them home which was not the case. It seems like the team just wanted to leave early on a Friday and blamed me. | |The team was friendly otherwise and the work looked okay.
