Aaron called and I scheduled the cleaning for Monday, October 15th. We rent and I believe the carpet could be 20+ years old so I had my doubts. The carpets look terrific and I can't thank Aaron enough. He was on time, personable, dog friendly...an all around good guy. He finished the job in less than an hour. He did such a great job that I told my upstairs neighbor about the service and she got her carpets cleaned that same day. All in all, this was a great service!

It was an excellent service. The most professional and knowledgable company I have ever used.

Everything was completely satisfactory. The cleaning removed some significant dirt on a light carpet, as well as pet urine stains and odors. Mr. Wilson did a thorough job and was helpful and informative. I asked if I should repeat the service in 3 months, and he said, "You can, but usually 6 months is enough." We will definitely use him again.

Well, just as before, they came in and inspected the carpets to make sure they serviced our needs appropriately. We already went over what we wanted done when they were here before so they pretty much knew what they needed to do before they got started. It went just as easy as before and they did a wonderful job. The carpets are very clean and smell great! They were even able to get rid of a spot that has been there for years! Again, we are very pleased with Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning and will have them clean for us every six months or so to help keep the carpets maintained.

We had a positive experience with Aaron and his team. They walked us through the job they were doing before they started and were so respectful and polite. We had a lot of stains that they removed and we couldn't believe the amount of lint they got out of our ducting! Aaron told us how to maintain the carpets after they were gone. Who knew how easy it is to clean up spills. We have three kiddos and it was nice to learn from them some good tricks to help us out. He didn't have to go out of his way to teach us that. He did and did a wonderful job and that's why we'll use them again. We believe they did a ton more work then what we paid for and that's nice because we like to keep our house serviced annually.

The experince with Wilson Carpet and Air Duct went awesome! We are very pleased with thier service and expertise. I can't believe the price we paid for all that they did! The tech was very upfront with everything and was very thorough with his service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services. We will use them again no doubt!

We had a great experience with Wilson! They came in and performed exactly what needed to be done and cheaper than expected. They explained what they were going to do in detail so we understood and even explained while they were working. It was nice to know they take the time to get us on their level. Their integrity was awesome because they had us sold on a complete Air Duct cleaning but when Aaron saw our actual ducting and how new it was he decided to go with the less expensive cleaning and just cleaned our older ducting that remained. We were shocked by their honesty but grateful. They did an amazing job and we recommended them to our parents and friends in the area.

The service was great. He came to the house and performed his service in a very timely manner. He informed us on the condition of the vent and cleaned it out. We would definately recommend the company to others!

It went great. He was here promptly. He explained everything that was going to be done. I asked him about walking on it when it was still damp. I thought that bare feet would be better than with shoes but he explained that just the opposite is better. I didn't know that!

The technician came to our house ON TIME and walked through the house with us. He told us everything he was going to do and explained what needed to be done based on his professional opinion. He started immediately as soon as we understood everything and was very proffecient. He would stop to tell me what he was doing so I understood what should be done next time and why. He even went out of his way to show me some tips. I really appreciated one of his tips regarding the staircase, which is difficult for us to maintain. Because I have two big golden retriever dogs that shed a lot, I have a problem getting the hair up, especially on the stairs. He showed me how to get that extra tough area to get hair off the carpet by taking a wet rag and wiping the hair off and vaccuuming the clumps up. My stairs have not looked this good since we got our dogs or even since the rugs were first installed! I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone, especially anyone with dogs who needs extra special attention. The tech also did a great job cleaning out my air ducts, making sure they were cleaned out thoroughly again because of the dogs. He explained the importance of making sure to replace my filter every one to two months,allowing my furnace to be more effecient. The last was the dryer vent. The tech rebuilt the whole dryer system, which vents outside and to make it run safer, no lint backup. Aaron, the tech, definitely went out of his way to provide excellent service to our home. I have told all my friends and family about Aaron's professionalism and work ethics. My sister called to have her rugs cleaned and was very happy with the service as well.
