Aaron returned my phone call promptly and explained in detail the services to be provided. He also advised me that based on the problem areas I was describing, he may have to pre-treat which would be an additional $30. He called me the day before to confirm his arrival and even called me when he was on his way to my home with an estimated time arrival. He was prompt. He performed the work as described to me on the phone. There were no surprises whatsoever. He was polite, friendly, and I was comfortable having him in my home. I have already discussed having him return to clean my 5-piece sectional.

He did a wonderful job. He explained what he was going to do, and then did exactly that. And he do it for the price he quoted. No surprises!!

Aaron, the owner was prompt, efficient, honest and trustworthy. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He also helped me figure out my timer for my outside lights. My home has never smelled so fresh and clean and absolutely no trace of the previous owner's cat hair or dander. I am so pleased that already hired him to come back and clean and seal my ceramic tile floors. I recommend him highly and gave all my friends his cards..

Everything was great! I spoke with Aaron before booking his company. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions about his services. He called me to confirm the day before, and called me when he was on his way to my house. When he got to my house, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpets. He was able to get out an old stain on my son's carpet and all of the other carpets were very clean after he was done. I appreciated his sincerity in wanting me to be happy with his service. It is very hard to find reliable, friendly, honest contractors, but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning. Very impressed!

there was a communication problem at first, due to storm (didn't cancel appt). was very apologetic. explained everything before-hand. did a decent job. although when rug was wet stains weren't there, when it dried some of the stains were still there. he did say he might not get some of stains up. he was in and out in a decent amount of time.

I had great experiences with Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning LLC for the carpet and air duct cleaning. Aaron came on Nov 12 fort he carpet cleaning. The appointment was delayed because Hurricane Sandy caused power loss but Aaron was very proactive and responsive with appt rescheduling and was very professional and courteous. On the day of the appointment he called me when he got on the road to give me notice and arrived on time. He was very patient in explaining everything up front and was easy to work with when we requested additional cleaning. When he finished he showed me the work result to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was happy with his service so I asked about his air duct cleaning service too and I made an appointment for the air duct cleaning right there. Aaron came on Nov 19 for the air duct cleaning. it was another good experience too. Again he was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained what he needed to do and went on with his work. He did a great job from what I can see and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs carpet and air duct cleaning.

I contacted Mr. Wilson to get an estimate for our office carpet cleaning. He gave me the facts and the estimate right away. We made the appointment and they showed up right on time and performed an excellent service showing especial concern on making sure we were happy and satisfied. They were very professional and we will definitely use them again in the future.

He confirmed my appointment a day ahead, and called again the morning of the appointment to confirm his estimated arrival time. i called aaron after i read the glowing reviews on angie's list. he was courteous, thorough and extremely professional over the phone. he worked with my schedule to find a time the worked for both of us... which was only 4 days from when we spoke. score! he called me on the day of the appointment with the estimated time of his arrival (exactly within his initial time frame). when he arrived, he surveyed the area with me, explained the entire process, pointed out some stains where there may be an issue (but he'd try his hardest to remove) and asked if i had any questions. after less than 45 minutes, he was done. aaron was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end!! i am thrilled with the results and i will absolutely be using aaron again. i've already referred my family to him!! i highly highly recommend using aaron for your carpet cleaning needs.

He would have included steam cleaning of the upholstery in the price but my seats are leather. He was in constant communications with me because service appointments were in disarray temporarily because of Hurricane Sandy. We rescheduled once because off the power outages. he arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment and did a complete and excellent job on my interior carpets and mats. His work was efficient and there was no trash left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to use any services offered by this company in the future.

Aaron was running about ten minutes late but called me to let me know ahead of time. He arrived and after a brief tour of the house got right to work. He showed me the condition of the ducting in several locations during the cleaning and also the condition of the filter. He made suggestions to improve the air quality and efficiency of my HVAC system. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work performed and will continue to use his services for preventative maintenance in the future.

I would highly recommend and use this person again. He was very respectful of the people and the home. What ever was asked to be aware of, he did. On a business level. I think he is at the top of his class. On a personal level, you cannot do anything but genuinely appreciate the respect and work ethic of Aaron.

My overall experience was great. Wilson Carpet was very professional, punctual, and accommodating. Wilson provided services to our office located miles outside of their area of service to honor a fellow Angie's List member. Did I mention the discounted price? I phoned Aaron because I'd seen his ratings on Angie's List. He gave me an estimate over the phone, based on my description of the problem. He arrived on-time, surveyed the area, confirmed his estimate and went to work. When he was finished, he honored his estimate, even though he'd cleaned an extra area adjoining the hall that is carpetted with the same carpet. We are thrilled and will definitely use Aaron again!.

The contractor showed up on time. Got right to work cleaning the ducts first. completed this in a hour. Went on to cleaning the carpets and completed that in 45 min. returned to heating system to be able to operate ( all grilles installed).

I was originally planning on cleaning my rugs myself, as I own one of the Bissel rugs cleaners. After seeing Wilson Carpet Cleaning's deal of the day on Angie's list for the cleaning of 3 rooms for $65, I couldn't pass it up. I scheduled the appointment for the cleaning via email and phone, and also requested that they add on the cleaning of my love seat & sofa (which I was quoted $65 for). Aaron arrived at my house a few minutes ahead of the time window he gave me which is rare, so that was a great way to start things off. He then performed a walk-through with me and clealy explained everything he would be doing and also made me aware of some things I could be doing to ensure the carpet lasts longer. He was extremely knowledgable and then went right to work. The carpets and couches came up beautifully, and looked like new! Even some of our older pet spots and very dirty areas on our carpets came up looking terrific. I was highly impressed, and would definitely recommend Wilson to anyone looking for an inexpensive yet professional alternative to the carpet cleaning chains out there.
