I purchased an Angie's List deal good for three rooms of carpet cleaning- steam cleaning, deodorizing, and scotch guard for $65. I was very satisfied with the price and quality of service! They were very flexible with scheduling the appointment, and right on time on the day of. Aaron Wilson, the owner, was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the work. Highly recommended!!

In addition to the fine job Aaron did, he did two things that I really appreciated: He explained his cleaning process thoroughly so I understood what he was doing and how long it would take. In addition, when I was snowed in and had to change the appointment, Aaron stayed in touch about road conditions and came as soon as the road was clear. It was a pleasure to do business with Aaron and I will recommend Wilson Carpet whenever I can.

When I called I spoke directly with the owner Aaron, not a sales clerk. Aaron took the time to explain exactly what service options were available and after a short interview he provided a quote for the services to be performed. I accepted his quote and scheduled a date and time. Very punctual and Aaron even phoned ahead to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, Aaron inspected the home and clearly explained what he was going to do. Even as he proceeded to clean out the air ducts, etc he took the time to keep me informed of every step of the process. When it came to cleaning the dryer vents, he discovered that the had come apart in the attic! Rather that just telling me about the problem, he showed photos of the vent and explained that he would fix it for me at minimal costs. After almost 2 hours the whole house was done and I'm extremely pleased with the work performed. I highly recommend this company for you air duct & dryer vent needs. I know that I will be using their services on an annual basis from now on!!! Thank you Aaron!!!

Good experience overall. Company owner scheduled and performed the service. He was very courteous, personable, straight-forward, and honest. He explained to me before scheduling everything what exactly would be done; pricing was clear. He was flexible with the date and time and was at my home within 2 days. He worked around my personal work schedule. He was on time. He was very respectful and clear about what would be done. As far as I can tell the air duct cleaning was thorough, I have no complaints. The inside of the furnace was spotless. He attended to every vent in the house. To clean the dryer vent, he cleaned the hose behind the dryer and the whole area there. He also cleaned from the vent outside the home. During this it was discovered that some birds and their nest had gotten stuck and were severely blocking the dryer vent. He worked to remove everything. I would hire this company again. I really appreciated the non-salesy attitude. I like the attention and care that a small business like this gives; as I mentioned I dealt only with the owner. I called around to the top 6 rated air duct cleaning services on Angie's List. The price offered for the full service was among the lowest, and the customer service was among the best.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this experience. Over the past 17 years, I've had many contractors/service people in my home. Aaron was the MOST professional and personable service person to complete work in my home. Aaron called and verified appointment time, upon arrival reviewed all work to be done and the pricing of the work before beginning. Aaron is incredibly polite and conscientious of the home and surroundings (we have pets and he worked carefully to ensure their well-being). Once work was complete, Aaron reviewed and ensured that everything met our standards. Overall, this was an extremely pleasant experience and I would highly recommend his service (in fact, I've already provided several neighbors with his contact information). Aaron is polite, professional, on-time, and eager to perform his service in a timely manner.

Today was the second time Aaron from Wilson Carpet Cleaning came to clean my rugs. He was here a couple of weeks ago and I was so pleased that I had him come back to finish the rest of my house. When I first called him, he was very prompt in getting back to me. We set a date and when he got here, he gave me a couple of options. There was no pressure at all. I did have my rugs preconditioned since they were really in sad shape. The additional charge for the preconditioning was $20 per room. Stains that I thought wouldn't come out, did come out. I was really pleased and found Aaron to be courteous, professional and a very likeable person. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

He said he was very professiona & easy to talk to ...He also was very informative on the work he was doing ... My husband was very impresssed and pleased as was I when i came home .. He did a great job and we would recommend him to others and use his serives again in the future ...

Wonderful. I called very last minute (Thursday ) and they re-arranged their whole schedule to come to my home and clean the room. Everyone was very polite and professional. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them and use them again.

Very responsive - easy to reach via email or phone to set up appointments. I am very happy with the service they came on time and did the job very well. They charged me on spot cleaning only if they are able to remove the spots otherwise they were willing forego charges. As courtesey they also cleaned the stair case even though it was not included in the cleaning. Overall I am very happy with their service. I think in central NJ area they are best not only for the price but also quality and customer service.

Hired the company to clean 1 staircase, was vey happy they came for such a small job. Gave him my other staircase to do which was a runner carpet. GREAT job. we are looking at possibly getting all my tiles done from them The owner showed up and expressed great interest no matetr how small th job woud highly recomend.

After reading Angie's List reviews, I called Wilson Carpet Cleaning and spoke to Aaron who explained how his services were conducted. When he promptly arrived for the appointment, we went over the areas that were to be cleaned. He explained that the pet stains would be improved but not totally removed. The job took slightly over an hour and, upon competion, we walked through the rooms together to examine the work. Since the carpeting was still damp, it was not easy to assess the thoroughness of the job. However, the following day showed the carpet to be cleaner and the nap was fluffier. As he had predicted, the pet stains were still visible but to a lesser degree. The couch upholstery that my dog used to lay against was also visibly cleaner. I was pleased with the resulting work and am having Aaron come back to clean 3 ceramic tile bathroom floors. Aaron was a knowledgeable, honest, and professional businessman.

Aaron was great. Moved things out of his way. Got right to it. Efficient and did the job quickly. Would recommend him to anyone.

Went well. The service provider was punctual and courteous, and was quick and efficient. though the difference in the carpet wasn't as obvious I was expecting it to. This could have been due to the fact that the carpets weren't that dirty to begin with, so the before/after difference wasn't as stark.

I found Aaron and Robert through their Angie's List coupon. Robert came within the time window they had indicated and did a through job cleaning the wall-to-wall shag carpeting and carpeted stairs in the house. He spent about an hour working on the carpet, and it was clearly much cleaner after than before.

Aaron the owner was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. He was prompt, efficient, honest and trustworthy. I appreciated his willingness to thoroughly explain his services. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. My new home smells fresh and clean and absolutely no trace of the previous owner's dogs. I am so pleased that already hired him to come back and clean and seal my ceramic tile floors. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs carpet and air duct cleaning!

I took advantage of a special offer,$65.00 for liveng room, dinette, and stairs, I removed all items possible before the appointed time.while cleaning the carpets a was advised that he needed to spot clean to remove some spots at a extra fee. I was surprised at this and mentioned that I never had to pay extra for the standard spot cleanibg before. I negotiated a 10 dollar extra fee and the results were well worth if. The carpets came out really clean. I guess that at the special price everything was extra. Now I know to get the complete price before ok'ing the appointment. The less than all excelent rating was my displeasure of having to pay extra for what I considered an industry standard. It was still a great cleaning at a great price.

My ceramic tile floors look like brand new. I thought for sure we had to regrout the tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms. The tile in the bathrooms are white and they look great! No need to replace or regrout the ceramic tile. All the work was done in a matter of a couple of hours. Much easier and cheaper than buying and installing new floors. Excellent Service.
