Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning! If you want great service from someone who is neat, polite, punctual and highly-skilled, don't go anywhere else!

Aaron was excellent from my initial call and appointment set up. He arranged his schedule to work with me. He was on time and professional. Before he even did the work he explained what he was going to do, what the results would be for each carpet. He was personable and it was excellent to do business with him. I would call him again.

I called Aaronon 4/30/2013 for a dryer vent cleaning service. He immediately mentioned $89 special deal (+$15 for having to go up to attic) for Angie's members and scheduled me for 5/9/2013 between 12 and 1 pm. The phone conversation was good. Courteous and professional. On 5/9/2013, I got a call from Aaron around 12:15 pm and was advised that he will be at my place within 35 mins. He arrived at 12:45 pm as promised. I knew the work itself shouldn't be a big deal since we clean our dryer every 2 year as mandated by the condo management. He found a small hole in a pipe and fixed it. Everything went well as expected. I am satisfied his work and professionalism and will use his service in the future.

Aaron was very polite on the phone and explained his entire process, along with pricing, during the initial phone call. As far as cost, he was on par with other companies I had called but he was very personable over the phone and overall gave off a better vibe. We scheduled the service and he drove a little farther out of his normal service range to come to our house. He was running a bit late but I got a phone call well in advance that it would take him longer than expected to drive out to our location. Once he arrived we did a quick walk through of the house and then he got to work. He used a brush and blower at each register to blow all of the dust and debris back down into the main lines in the basement and then sprayed a sanitizing spray down each duct to kill any mold or mildew spores that may have started growing. After cleaning all of the ducts he then went into the basement and opened up the air mains (the big square ones) and vacuumed out all of the dust/debris that he had just blown back into there and sanitized this as well. For the dryer vent he also used a brush and vacuum to suck out the past 14 years of lint the previous owners had left. He went from both the dryer side and the vent side with the vacuum. Overall he was in the house for approximately 2 hours (1500sqft home) and was incredibly polite and efficient. I would be more than happy to recommend Aaron's services to others and if we ever decide to get our ducts cleaned again I would not hesitate to call him.

I received an e-mail to schedule an appt within 1 week of paying for the special on Angie's list. I called and left a message and Aaron (from Wilson's carpet cleaning) called me back immediately. We scheduled a time and date and within 1 week my carpets were cleaned and sanitized. I couldn't be happier with the ease of using Angie's List and the promptness and services provided by Wilson's carpet cleaning. I would definitely use these services again in the future.

He was very efficient and thorough that he checked everything and he did a very good job.He was very nice, he also said that he would not charge me more than he charged me before. I would definitely use him again.

Aaron was good about returning phone calls and setting up the scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he advised that many of the stains on the carpet could be cleaned but they'd still have the spots due to the items which caused the spot (e.g., magic marker). As a result, he tried pre-conditioning those stains, but that didn't help. The drying time took a lot longer than expected (about 36 hours) and once the carpet had dried, it looked a bit better but not by much. As I said above, Aaron was very cordial, professional and on time.......these are attributes which I believe every business owner and staff should have. The carpet cleaning however, was only fair at best.

Aaron was very professional from start to finish. He was very friendly and showed me pictures of the progress and he worked through the air ducts. At first I wasn't going to have the dryer vent cleaned but it was definitely worth it.

The process from start to finish was uneventful. The price was agreed upon prior to the work being performed. The dryer vent cleaning was the cheapest around, and we will have Wilson Carpet do the same process next year. Aaron was on time, and performed the service in a professional manner. He moved from room to room with no issues. Everthing was cleaned up afterwards, and it was a pleaure having this service performed. We are also having a carpet service done on our stairs when he is available in our area. Angies list members received a discount, which was appreciated.

It went well. The dryer vent was pretty bad so I am relieved Aaron took care of it. The risk of a fire from a clogged dryer vent is scary. You forget about the dryer vent but it should be checked regularly.

Very pleased with service. Aaron was prompt to respond, to schedule and complete the job. Good price offered by Aaron and job done on very dirty carpets was outstanding.

They were very professional. He called me when he said he would, 45 min ahead of arrival. He moved everything and put it back. He gave me a better price on the 4th bedroom. I will use him again. I took his cards and passed them out to friends. My wife was very please and she took cards of his to her work. I am considering using him for upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, grout and tile cleaning and air duct cleaning.

AARON ARRIVED AT MY HOME AT 9:30 am AND TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR. HE WAS RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. HE LAID OUT HIS EQUIPMENT AND WAS VERY CAREFUL WHERE HE PUT THINGS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

We are very happy with him. He does both services of both carpet and air duct cleaning. He is honest, very reliable, prompt on time. He did his job very efficiently. He is very responsive and answers all your questions. He explains the process and very knowledgeable. We would continue to use him.

I had change the appointment several times and they were very accommodating. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet. They are very professional and customer service oriented. I found Wilson carpet on Angie's List and will definitely use them in the future. Great experience.

This was my first time using Angie's List so I wasn't quite sure if I would find it to be as reliable as marketed. Also, I was a little nervous to contact this vendor, as his reviews were mostly all for carpet cleaning. After having Aaron in my home and viewing his work, my fears on both fronts were unfounded. He came 03/15 to clean our vents (ducts) and on 03/22 to install a new dryer vent in our crawlspace. On both occassions Aaron was pleasant, personable, timely and efficient. He explained all procedures, was very clean and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Another reason that I am so appreciative of his work and reasonable pricing is that after Hurricane Sandy he didn't gouge us just because he could, as other existing vendors have attempted to do with their $700 quotes . . . and that would be for cleaning only 13 vents and a dryer! Wilson Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning deserves their high marks on Angie's List.

Aaron was terrific. Spent time with me initially on the phone going over all the details of his service, what was involved and how he would do it. He showed up on time, his duct cleaning was perfect. He showed before and after pictures was truly amazing. His carpet cleaning service was the same. It was great to have all this work done at one time. He cleaned the ducts on a 2 zone Heating/AC system, cleaned 4 BR's, stairway and landing carpets or a very good price. He is an honest, professional, hardworking and trustworthy provider. I would give his company my highest recommendation. We had a lot of work done on our house in LBI post Sandy and he provided the finishing touch!

Aaron was exceptionally professional and courteous in making sure that the service we received was in our best interest. I had initially called the company based upon a coupon they had on AL which was for duct cleaning for a one-zone system. As our house had two zones he was very accomodative for pricing for the second zone. When the service technicians arrived I received a call at my office to make sure that the final changes I had requested were understoon by both parties. Further, I had to change the service date several times to coordinate with our availability at the house and he was able to do so with no fuss at all. In the end a very satisfying customer service experience.

We had exstensive work done in the house, wereass contracters walked in an out for a week ,witch left our carpets in bad shape,we thought we would have to pay a lott after they saw the rugs !! this company came i n ready to work he showed us the areas told us what he would do, an did this work himself,professional equipment, he cleaned those rugs very well , even my wife was satisfied ,wasted no time an yes we will use them agian.

.The worker arrived promptly. He was courteous, introducing himself and telling me exactly what was to be expected and how long it would take to clean the carpets. He went over the carpets looking for stains and the high traffic areas. We left him to do the work and returned home in the proscribed time frame. We were told of some stains that would not clean (which we expected). The furniture was put bak in place and all equipment removed followed by clean up of other materials . The carpets look refreshed and we were given the bill(which was reasonable) for extra cleaning areas we requested. It was a very positive experience.
