Aaron kept me apprised of arrival time. He explained the process & made helpful suggestions about how to best clean carpet & remove spots. He was very polite & professional & was careful in handling furniture. The cleaning was quiet & timely; completed in assessed time without disturbing my ill family member. The small additional cost for large dark spot treatment was well worth it. I was amazed at the removal of spots that other cleaning services had been unable to remove. I will definitely use his services again & highly recommend to others.

called the service told him what I needed cleaned. He gave me a price. But the small magazine you get from angie's list the advertised price was less then what he told me. So that was a small downer. He came in to my home cleaned rugs in 4 rooms, a couch , loveseat and a chair and 4 area rugs. The floor was damp for a few hours after, They looked cleaner, But I was expecting a bit more brighter. I guess It was the best it was going to get. Next time I might try a steamless rug cleaning service to see if it would do any better. They did a fine job.

He is, by far, the most professional and polite individually contracted person I have brought into my home to do repairs in the 7 years we have owned it. He is polite, conscientious and does a great job. His prices are very fair and he worked hard to clean up. He also had to do the work with my three small children and babysitter in the house and he was careful and didn't let having to work around them bother him at all. The work was high quality. I am bringing him back in a few weeks to do my carpet cleaning!

Couldn't get hold of Mr. Wilson unless I called first thing in the a.m. Understandable since he was probably on jobsites during the day. I told him I needed to have my dryer vent hose cleaned out. He quoted me the price of $89. saying it was an Angie's List discount...but I also had to pay $15. for something or other -- service call or crawlspace entry -- bringing the price to $104. immediately. Came to assess the job on Thursday, May 16, and advised me to get a new dryer vent hose. I knew the plastic one I had wasn't very good, so I said o.k. Then he adivsed me to get a new vent flap on the outside of the house. O.K. He was getting married on May 25, so he wanted to get the job done before that. The only day I had open was Monday, May 20, but he was booked. He changed some things around, though, and said Monday at 1 p.m. would be fine. Very good. Monday he called at 12:30 and said he was running late and would be there by 1:30 -- he had to stop at Lowe's first and get the parts. 1:30 came and went. 2:00 came and went. Finally, he pulled up at 2:30, but sat in his truck, on the phone, for another 10 minutes. I asked him why he didn't have the parts on hand, since it was a business. He said he couldn't stock every part for every occurrence. O.K. (I let it drop but wondered why he didn't get the parts on Friday or Saturday.) Then I asked if he really knew what he was doing. He rolled his eyes and said yes, he'd done many of these types of jobs before. Then, as he was moving the dryer out from the wall, he took a phone call. I thought that was odd, since I couldn't get him on the phone during the day. I was a little nervous because I have a gas dryer and he wasn't giving the job his full attention. I asked him if his mind was on what he was doing since he was getting married in just 5 days. He said yes. So he went into the crawlspace and installed the new vent hose and then went outside and installed the vent flap. (He took one or two more phone calls as he was working.) He pulled the old vent hose out and put it on the ground and asked if there was a place where I could get rid of it. I said don't worry, the garbage guys would take it. He said are you sure and I said yes, it's o.k. He said he usually leaves it in the crawlspace, but this time he took it out (I forget why). I paid him and he left. Then I went into the crawlspace to see the new hose and noticed some trash on the floor. I cleaned it up and the job was finished. I was quite anxious the first few times I used the dryer, not knowing if the gas line was still hooked up correctly or if it was pinched from being squished behind the dryer. Well, everything seems to be fine so I guess all's well that ends well. But I really like service people to concentrate on the job they're doing until it's done, rather than take phone calls while they continue to work. And it would have been nice if Mr. Wilson showed me the finished job, rather than me having to wonder if it was completely safe. And it would have been really nice if he had cleaned up after himself.

I did need to telephone 2x, but evidently the owner was out of town during the time of my first call. After my 2nd call, II got a return call within a very short period of time. Spoke directly with the owner, who scheduled my apt at my convenience. Prior to the actual apt time, he telephoned to say he was enroute. Owner arrived on time. He was very courteous, made recommendations with clear explanations for them. He conscientiously did all the work, and made every effort to tidy up after the work. The carpeting looks great and old stains, grayness, and residue from a previous chemical dry treatment have been removed, along with the dirt. Four days later, as I am writing this review, I and very pleased with the condition of our carpeting.

He kept us abreast as to his arrival time which was a little delayed due to weather. He explained everything that he would be doing, Showed us pictures of the ducts before and after. Would definitely use him again!

WOW! Aaron was great! Customer service is A+! My carpets have not looked or smelled so clean since the day I put them in! The whole house feels so much cleaner. I had a lot done - carpets in 4 bedrooms which my children believe me have really messed up..my husbands office where the dog just lays next to him....3 sofas - they look and feel brand new.....all my hall runners, area rugs - the place is shining! Great clean with great service!! And at a great price!! What more can I ask for? I definitely recommend this company. From the first phone conversation Aaron was polite, he explained everything, he priced everything fairly, he showed up on time, and was courteous and professional. He treated my home with respect and when he left you wouldn't know he was ever there - except for the fact that the carpets were a whole lot cleaner! Even my husband noticed the difference! Aaron Wilson returned my call very quickly and when I told him that I wanted to try and have the ducts cleaned before the installation of our new HVAC system the following week, he was very accommodating. We set up an appt for the day prior to the installation. Aaron arrived on time and described the work to be done. We walked around the house together looking at the vents and counting the returns. The first 2 returns were included in the price and I had14! He explained his pricing up front so I new what the job would cost before he started. I did get a benefit for being an Angie's List member! He spent a couple of hours doing the work and kept me updated along the way. In the end I found Aaron to be courteous, friendly and professional! I would not hesitate to use him again and would certainly recommend him to others!

Aaron the owner was very courteous from the initial call. He was punctual, answered all my questions and did an outstanding job. My couches look beautiful. Each vent was cleaned and sanitized. I was very pleased with his work.

The experience was great and took about 45 minutes from start to finish. Aaron was punctual and called about 30 minutes before arriving. I really appreciate that he confirmed the appointment and mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem to reschedule if I wasn't comfortable with him coming in and out in the rain. He is a great service professional and I would recommend him to anyone. The dryer is so much more efficient now. Going to schedule an appointment to have him come back for carpet cleaning.

Aaaron was very polite and friendly. He showed up on time and even called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Aaron spent the time to thoroughly explain the process and cost before he started. He did it a very good job. A few stains could not be removed. But that would be expected since the carpets probably weren't cleaned by the previous owner for 20 years and we don't know those stains were. Overall, the carpets look a lot better.

Everything was explained before the work was started and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

We purchased a Big deal for Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning LLC. They stayed in contact with us. We had to reschedule and they followed up with emails. The gentleman was punctual, performed work in a timely manner. He is trustworthy, considerate, informative and very nice.

My dog was sick... all over our rugs. In a panic I found Wilson Carpet and called at 7:45 am. Even though they don't open until 9 am, per their website, I received a call back within minutes. It was the owner Aaron. I can't say enough about him. He squeezed me into an already busy day, and even ended up coming sooner than originally anticipated which worked perfectly for my schedule. I didn't think there was a chance that these black stains could ever be removed. Not only did he remove them, but the carpet smells fresh and feels cleaner than it did before! Aaron explained the process used, the chemicals used and charged a very fair price for the job. I will definitely use his services again and plan to recommend him to friends and family.

i called at 8:30 am. he was going to be in the area and would see me at 11am. arrived at 11,explained how it worked and began cleaning.finished in about a half-hour. great job,great price!

He arrived on time and was pleasant and cheerful. There were many food stains on the carpet since it is one room used for multiple purposes. There were certain stains that were just not going to come out but most did. Put down scotch guard to hopefully avoid the stains in the future.

It went very well. Aaron gives great prices to Angie List users so don't forget to mention where you heard about him. The carpets were conditioned and cleaned. He was very efficient. We had a great experience!

Washed family room carpet, carpeting on steps and the carpeted landing for $65.00! Need i say more? Spotless and clean in 3 hours. Thanks Angieslist !!!
