Technician was very courteous and efficient. Handled wool area rug with great care doing it by hand (instead of machine). Took about 21/2 hours to complete. Rugs still a little damp. Will definately use again.

Azeem, the Wilson technician, exactly on time was completely professional and put on "booties" as he entered our home as not to track anything into our home. All conversations were pleasant and congenial. All three carpeted areas look great after cleaning. The bonus steam cleaning our our bathroom was also done extremely well - it actually shines like it was brand new - and brand new was 1964! It was obvious that Azeem was conscientious, diligent and hard working. In retrospect, I wish I had taken before after photos. I suppose the best review I can give - is that I'm going to hire Wilson Carpet for my Mom and Dad.

I have been Angie's List member for many years. I have been very happy with top, highly reviewed vendors on the list and I have had very good experience with the services from the selected vendors. Wilson Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning was top rated, positively reviewed vendor. Mr. Wilson was courteous, professional and offered information on his services and fees in detail. Offered the estimate for the work on the phone. I had 6 rooms, two stairwells, one area rug to be cleaned. I also had air duct cleaning( one thermostat controlled 4 returns and a number of registers through out the house). Mr. Wilson called 40 minutes ahead of time to inform me that the technician was on his way. The technician, Azeem, arrived punctually at the appointed time. He was courteous, methodical and professional. He walked around the home and explained the process for carpet as well as air duct cleaning. I only wanted the exposed areas of the wall to wall carpeting cleaned and no heavy furniture was moved. I received the special offer on carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning they were advertising. Their rates were comparable to two other vendors from Angie's List I contacted. The reason I selected Wilson Carpet Cleaning was because they had the latest reviews from their customers. The job took about 5 hours and was done methodically and smoothly. The carpets are looking great. We have a light colored carpet and it was looking quite dirty in high traffic areas. The stair wells needed a thorough cleaning. I am also sensitive to chemicals so the carpets were cleaned with very diluted cleaning agent than they typically use. But the steam cleaning and diluted chemicals have worked well to clean the carpet to my satisfaction. I was very pleased that Azeem was accommodating and understanding about sensitivity to chemicals. There were a couple of pet stains and they were cleaned up well too. I am very happy with the job done and would hire Wilson Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning again. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Fantastic company -- communicated promptly, came on time, explained everything. Azeem was our technician, & he was fantastic. Everything was squeaky clean afterwards -- no dust, footprints, etc. etc. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went smoothly. He ran a bit late but called to tell me. Did an excellent job on all the carpeted areas in my home. He was very efficient and told me what he was doing as he went along. The carpets look great and I was very happy. I also recommended his service to a friend and she was also very happy with him and the results. Very professional and friendly.

I found the provider through Angie's List, I called last Friday, and they came out promptly on time, the next day. Their service was excellent and took the time necessary to do a great job. They cleaned the entire line & replaced some worn out portions of vent. All work was performed far exceeding expectations, including the cleanup. I will use them again & highly recommend them. A Great find!

It went okay but not excellent. There are still stains on carpet and they did not move any furniture while cleaning.

This is my new carpet company. The level of professionalism is number one. Our first schedulilng had to be rescheduled due to snow. Aaron called early in the day to let me know that the weather was preventing them from being able to complete the work. It was one of the big snow days. He worked with me to reschedule the date and made my appointment a priority due to having to reschedule. Aaron and his team showed up promplty, inspected the carpet made suggestions and advised me on things that may not be able to be removed. I added an additional room and stairwell after talking with him and was glad I did. Almost every stain came out of the carpets including the ones they were not sure would come up. I found this company very reliable, professional and affordable. I will be using them next to do my air ducts.

Workers were pleasant and considerate about tracking dirt in the house. Work was done thoroughly and they explained what they had done and how much lint was found in the duct. Cleanup was very thorough. We would use them again

When I called to get an estimate I spoke with Aaron who is the owner of the company and performed the service. He took his time explaining how the work would be done and the cost as well as situations that might lead to extra fees (such as finding a birds nest in the dryer vent ). When he arrived at my house ( he arrived on time) we went through the rooms where the carpet was to be cleaned and he showed me which stains would come out with stain treatment and which would come out lighter or not at all. He was very honest and was correct about the outcome of the stains. He also did not charge for each room that received stain treatment. Instead he gave me one price for the four rooms, hallway and stairs. While the stain treatment worked on the carpets he cleaned out the dryer vent which in our house is a long inefficient pipe that runs out of the laundry room and through the length of the garage. Aaron gave me a better more efficient idea for venting the dryer. He also did a good job cleaning the vent which was full of lint and a bird's nest. All in all I found Aaron to be polite and knowledgable and fair in his pricing.

The provider was friendly, on-time, and professional. I was selling my house and the carpet had several areas where it looked dirty, so I wanted that fixed. They said they could pre-treat the dirty areas for $40, but there was no guarantee it would work. I paid the extra money and it did not work. They said since the areas were where our recliners had previously been, it must be oils from the bottom of our feet and if we previously tried to clean it with some other cleaner, theirs would probably not work. They were right. So I can't say I'm dissatisfied, because I was told exactly what the issue was, however my carpet did not come clean and that was the intended outcome. I felt the treatment went way too fast. I've shampooed my own carpets before and it's time consuming to do it right. This took less than 45 minutes for 3 rooms. I don't know if it would have come cleaner had they taken more time. In the end, the people that bought the house removed the carpets anyway.

I just closed on my home and had a number of services scheduled around my schedule and moving in. The company did not have an explanation as to why they did not show. They did offer to clean the carpets free of charge at a future date. However, at this stage it is not worth the inconvenience to fit this in at any cost.

The service provider from Wilson was extremely honest and professional. When he came to clean the carpet I had contracted for he told me that the condition of the carpet was so poor that a cleaning would not make a difference and that paying for that service would be a waste of my money. Based on his professional opinion/consultation I chose to fore go the cleaning and replace the carpet instead.

Outstanding service. I previously had someone come in and 'clean' out my dryer duct so I originally wanted a quick clean again as root cause of the clog I had thought were possibly birds in the duct work. So naturally I wanted a new vent guard as well. Aaron was able to accommodate me within a day and lo and behold the service I paid through the nose before didn't really do anything. He was genuinely concerned with the fact that the service should be done right and complete. In that respect he took care of the clean and the install within a few minutes. Couldn't say more good things about the service. I will definitely be using their others services come spring time for a full vent clean and sanitizer as well as for carpet cleaning.
