Azeem was the technician who took care of our dryer vent cleaning. He was fantastic. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Azeem called first thing that morning with an approximate time and again to let me know when he was on his way. He cleaned up everything thoroughly when he was done. I highly recommend Wilson Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning and especially Azeem!

Azeem arrived around 11:30 and after discussing my carpet cleaning needs started work, and thoroughly cleaned all of the carpets in my home. He completed 2 bedrooms, the stairway, and the living room/den area. Was very thorough and went under beds, etc. He also specially treated an old stained section of carpet and it came out pretty well.

Provider connected with me very quickly and after speaking to Aaron from Wilson I was happy to schedule the job. My dryer had recently stopped working and in shopping for a new unit found the replacement costs to be really high but in any case still thought I should get the vent cleaned and Aaron's price was right. I did speak to him in length about keeping the old unit ("they don't make them like they used to") and spending the big bucks for the new unit with some appealing features. With some of Aaron's comments in mind, I decided to keep my machine and get it repaired. I got that done prior to my appointment and on the day Aaron was scheduled to do the vent cleaning, he called to let me know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He was punctual and ready to work. When my husband and I met Aaron, we felt like an old friend had come to help us rather than just a contractor. We were completely at ease watching him work and learning about the procedure and what he was doing which kept us in the loop of the visit. We did purchase a new better fitting dryer vent tube which will make our unit work better and much more efficiently. There was no pressure from Aaron just advice and the decision was ours to make. Our job required him to access our attic from the pulldown stairs in the attic. We are in an adult community and can not get up in the attic easily anymore so we are trying to get things down into the garage and not have to go up there as much anymore. I asked him when he went up how it looked up there as far as boxes and I told him why I asked. After hearing why, he offered to bring down some of the boxes for me which caught me completely off guard. I didn't take him up on his offer as it was very hot up there and he was really sweating - but again the feeling of a friend helping us rather than just a contractor. After the job was done, cleanup was good. I would like to use Aaron again and try his carpet cleaning capabilities next time. Well I'm back in business with my dryer and am very happy with the job being done as promised. If you're lucky enough to get Aaron as your technician, you can expect a nice, professional experience from start to finish.

After heavy renovations and frequent visits from our grandson and our son's puppy there were stains throughout our home on the wall to wall carpets and furniture. Aaron arrived ready for the challenge and did a fabulous job. He was professional and courteous and we will definitely use his services again.

The work went very well, Azeem was great. I had a follow up question later after the visit and the owner of the company called me back quickly and answered my concerns immediately. All was correct and well. I'd use these guys again.

I thought I was educated about con-artists and scammers, but unfortunately I was taken advantage of by a young man who looked to be honest and sincere. The dryer was completely up to code, so the service he performed was unnecessary. Not only that, the new coil he installed is not as sturdy as the one I already had. I am very upset that I was scammed by this company and don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Went great! They removed all the old stains from the carpet. The living room looks especially great. The appointment was from 11 to 2, and they arrived at 11:30.

I could not be happier with my experience. Aaron was easy to communicate with by phone email and text. Explained in depth the service to be provided. Super friendly and very knowledgable. The vent cleaning was done extensively and I am just thrilled to be breathing fresh air. I couldn't be happier with this provider.

The person who showed up was very professional and friendly. And I appreciated the way he explained how the process would go. I was a little surprised that they didn't actually clean the register covers and returns. But it must be my misunderstanding as the service was really only a duct cleaning. But I assumed it was included. All service was quick and the person that showed up was veyr professional he even changed out my dryer exhaust vent. I used the Angies list coupon that gave me 300 bucks for the cleaning and read the finer details realizing this only covered one zone. but it was kind of difficult to understand that I only had one zone. hahaha ignorant "new" home owner. I have three temperature controllers but only one unit.

He was late and I had to call office to find out if he was coming ot not, but once I he called me and provided a time he arrived at that time. Technician was very courteous, cleaned up after his work. Showed me the results of what he found and suggested the vent be cleaned every year.

Was here on time and called to update me on progress of trip here. Was polite and professional. Did the job in about an hour. I was extremely happy with the service and will use them again.

Iniitially there was a problem. with scheduling. The company contacted me via email, asking for my phone number. Then theynever called me. After a week I again contacted them, and Angies list. I got an immediate phone call with a date for them to come out and clean my vents. Once that was done, everything was smooth...arrival, work, clean up etc.

Showed up as promised and spent a lot of time working to get the job done right. Truck mounted equipment is new and does a great job. Technician was thorough, courteous, clean and professional. He was very knowledgeable about his products and services.

Aaron explained everything in detail, such as how he was going to remove any stains and if there would be any additional cost. We went through the house together pointing out trouble spots and when he was finished we again went through the house to be sure the stains had been removed before he left. He was very nice and knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He took great satisfaction that I was very happy with the job he had done. I will recommend him to others and use his service again in the future.

Excellent -- Aaron was Professional in every aspect of the service from appointment to completion. He arrived on time and immediately surveyed the home and spoke to me about any concerns or rough spots that needed special attention. We spoke about the entire rug cleaning process and he answered all my questions and concerns. He also cleaned my dryer vent which had a loose fitting which he patiently repaired for me at NO CHARGE. He proceeded to clean the carpets in painstaking considerate manner and cleaned the entire house with no remnants of his work other than the brighter fresher carpets throughout the home. Didn't take Aaron long at all to determine what was wrong with my dryer, explain it, fix it and clean up!! A couple of new pieces had to be purchased in addition to what I paid on Angie's list, but the prices were very reasonable!! I can't thank you enough Aaron!!!!

It's a pleasure to have trade business be responsive & punctual. It was suggested to change the vent pipe to comply with code. Price was reasonable & I agreed. Everything went very well. An electronic invoice was to sent me. It is convenient for to forward it to HOA.
