The technician called prior to arrival and arrived at the time promised. He was very professional and friendly. The carpet looks amazing. I had gotten my carpet steam cleaned several times a year in the recent past, but it never looked this clean.

Kevin (who's the tech that came), cleaned three rooms was nice, cheerful and diligent. When he left the rooms looked wonderful. This company is the best!

The technician had difficulty attaching to my water supply. I had to help him do. Then he had difficulties with his own equipment in his work van. Again I had to help him with compression fittings. Once he finally started, almost an hour from when he arrived, it seemed to go well. Then we noticed that wherever the water supply hose dragged on the stairs there were black streaks. Also there were huge stains at the top of my stairs that were a result of dirty water leaking onto the floor. Also the rugs were saturated. Overall the experience was terrible. I had to borrow a friends Bissell Steam Cleaner and sucked-up more than 5 gallons of the excess water in the carpets and had to scrub the rugs with carpet cleaner because of the stains on the stairs as we had tenants moving in the next day. It took nearly 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

Excellent service provided by Aaron and his technician. We had a very unique situation/out of the box duct cleaning issue in which many other duct cleaning contractors chose to not take on. Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning not only took on the project but far exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism from start to finish was something I haven't seen in quite a while. I would definitely use not only their duct cleaning service but an of the other service that they provide as necessary. We were very happy with the Angie's "Deal" price that we received and recognize the value. Customer service was to my satisfaction both over the phone and in person. Only thing I can say is that after the technician left, the vent pipe connection at the wall came disconnected. I found it leaning to the side it needed to be reconnected to the wall. It is a very short run n my opinion it could have been secured better. It was easy to fix, my husband had the material necessary. However, the next time I will request they double check that the vent is soundly repositioned and secured.

We try to have the dryer cleaned out from lint at least twice a year. A previous company that we used wanted less to blow out the air hose, but when I asked about cleaning the inside of the dryer as well, told me it would be extra- a lot extra it turned out. I found Wilson Carpet and Air Duct on Angie's List- they were highly rated, and we were able to arrange a price for the service needed via email and a phone call. Azeem (the technician) called about a half hour before the appointment, was on time, courteous, thorough and competent. He not only cleaned out under the dryer drum, but figured out a way to completely vacuum out the lint trap as well. (which I hadn't mentioned about) It was a pleasure to use their services, and I will be calling them again in future.

My first conversation with Mr. Wilson (the owner) was very helpful, I explained the situation about the moldy smell, water in the carpet pad and the rust from the chair sitting on the wet pad before we discovered the problem. He explained the process, how he would treat the rust stain, the remedy for the mold, which the "steam cleaning" would be helpful alone in killing the bacteria plus he would spray the rug as well, we talked about house hold allergies and how to assure there would be no lasting odors. As promised they arrived on time, explained the process again, went over the pricing before they started. Took less than an hour, the rust was completely removed even though in the beginning they were not sure it would all come up, the moldy smell was gone, the carpet looked great there was no upselling or changing anything from what we originally spoke about. I would recommend this company to all my clients and friends.

Although it was initially difficult to get in touch in order to schedule the service (we played a good deal of phone tag), the rest of the process was quick, easy, and very professional. Great job for a good price.

Very smooth transaction. Aaron was very informative over the phone in regards to expectations , time of arrival, and services needed to be performed, including possibility of additional cost, etc. Bought a big deal for 3 rooms, and wanted stairs cleaned also. He helped my mother relocate some electronics after getting approval since it is usually against policy to move electronics due to fragile nature. Also did his best on trying to remove a large paint stain. All in all, would recommend. No issues, good pricing, courteous and professional service.

The total cost was explained in detail before he started the work and any questions I had were answered very clearly. He was straight forward and honest. Aaron and his co-worker were courteous, friendly, very professional and efficient. After the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves. I paid Aaron and an invoice was promptly emailed to me. Cleaned dryer vent and also installed a "bird cover" over the outside vent opening to prevent any small animals or birds nesting in the vent took about 15 minutes

The service was excellent. He walked through the house with me and checked for stains as well as asked questions about the carpet. He was very informative and very professional. We bought our house almost a year ago and plan on replacing the carpet eventually but as a new baby will be here any day, we decided to hold off and just get them cleaned for now. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again.
