Great work. Professional, carpets super clean and no hidden fees. Highly recommend. Tech even gave safety tips if young kids go on carpet and transition to tile floors to ensure they didn't slip. Down to the simplest details a great job. Very impressed. Including owner called within hour of buying deal on Angie's list and answering questions and setting up appointment.

He did a great job of getting rid of all the stains.

It was great the provided showed up when expected and completed the job as required. He said he would take 1-2 hours and within an hour and a half he was done. We are extremely pleased with the service provided.

The job was satisfactory, but I wouldn't hire them again.

The result was excellent. Except for one really bad stain, he was able to clean all the carpet and remove the stains in it.

Azeem was very professional explaining the procedures and how they clean the carpets. Also got the adhesive up from the carpet that we thought would never come up. Would recommend them to anyone. They were very accommodating. Will have them come back again.

The special was for $89 for 3 rooms. I only had 2 carpeted rooms to shampoo and asked if he could do the basement stairs as the other room. I was told no because basement stairs are more money. So I had pay an additional $32.10 for the stairs, whereby, I then paid $121.10 for the job . I felt this was not fair!!!!

The owner of the company is very professional and cordial. The carpet looks great and I would hire him again. In fact I am hiring him to clean the air duct system and dryer exhaust in the spring. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Great job!

He was absolutely fabulous!!! He called to tell me when he was about 20 minutes away, he was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and did not pressure me about adding the pet service. I gladly added it on!!!! He was done in a VERY reasonable amount of time and explained how much was pulled up from my carpets (don't aski!). I will absolutely be calling on Wilson Carpet again because my house smells fresh, my carpets are clean and the service was beyond reproach! Excellent work all around....highly recommended!

They were very accommodating about scheduling based on my request. The appointment window was between noon and 5 pm but they called before noon to let me know that they'd be there closer to 12:30. Then called to apologize that it would be closer to 1. It's so helpful to have an idea of when they'll arrive. Very nice guy and he did a nice job on the carpet. It's a fairly new carpet (purchased from Carpets and More, also from Angie's List and another great AL find) but there were a couple of small stains in the dining room that are gone now. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.

GREAT! The were quick to respond. They accommodated my very hectic schedule, within in a week. They were almost prompt but called me in advance (no problem, my schedule was very tight). My experience with them was fine. They cleaned the carpet but the work wasn't exceptional.

They came out and when I told them that I had paint stains on the carpet they stated to me that it would cost more to try to remove the paint stains. I did not agree to pay more and asked them to do the best work for the deal that I purchased. Once they were done I could still see signs of where the paint stain was and I feel though the service provided was not to my satisfactory.

Kevin, the technician assigned to our home, was diligent, efficient, and thorough. Everything was handled professionally and well! I wouldn't hesitate to use Wilson's again and intend to! I heartily recommend them to all Angie's List consumers.

carpet and grout cleaning were satisfactory but I had to request that something be placed under feet of wooden furniture. Technician seemed surprised by request but did put pieces of plastic gloves - had nothing else.

I retained this company to steam-clean all the carpets in a townhouse, which was a rental property, The property was vacant at the time. The tech came right on time and set up the equipment without any problems. My main concern is that the equipment did not appear to be steaming consistently. I noticed at one point on the steps that the unit was jetting out water instead of steam. I pointed this out and the tech matter-of-factly told me that the machine sometimes switched off the steam to save energy. Well then that is not steam-cleaning but hot water cleaning. Also, the carpeting seemed very wet in spots after the cleaning. I noticed one reviewer commented that he extracted 5 gallons of water with a Bissel cleaner and I would estimate that there was gallons of water left in the carpeting. It was so wet that I was concerned about mold growth and called Aaron afterwards. He calmly explained that it was impossible for mold growth to occur in less than 48 hours (not so sure about that) and that it was normal for the carpeting to be wet but he would come over and do whatever was necessary to dry it out. This was not necessary since after approx. 30 hours of the whole house fan running, the carpeting was basically dry, just damp in some spots. I was not satisfied with the level of cleaning either. Particularly, one room that was especially dirty. I think I will have to go over it with my own steam-cleaner and detergent, Overall, however, the carpet looked a lot cleaner and many stains were removed. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. If you do use this co. to steam-clean carpeting, make sure to hire them during sunny, dry, weather conditions so you can keep the windows open and the whole house fan running for 24 hours or more. to let all the water evaporate.

He was prompt and professional. He asked about problem spots and said that he would take care to go over those areas a few extra times. He did a great job and in a expeditious amount of time. I was very happy with the service.
