We scheduled our pressure washing for a Tuesday, however, on the scheduled day it rained and we had to reschedule. It was such a pleasure to have a company follow up with us via text message, phone calls and email. We were always kept in the loop of scheduling due to the weather and timing. Aaron arrived right at the scheduled time and promptly got to work. He was courteous and professional and did a great job for a fair price. I would highly recommend!

have reported this before. This service was never performed by the vendor. They were supposed to call to schedule and then showed up the next day without calling. I told them they were supposed to schedule and I could not have the carpet cleaned right now. They never called back or responded to my calls and the money was never refunded. This was my worst Angie's List experience to date.

This is the 3rd time I have use Wilson for carpet cleaning. They did an excellent job. Very thorough and very professional. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again soon to clean the carpeting in my bedrooms.

I don't think this could have gone any better! Aaron was very professional and upfront from start to finish. He broke down everything that I was getting done and the cost of it as well. His communication was outstanding, from the initial call back after I inquired about his service to the call/text messaging about when his representative would be coming out was perfect. The technician (Azeem) that Aaron sent out, was just as professional as he was. Azeem did a wonderful job. My carpets were basically as clean as a day we had them installed. I can't say enough nice things about this company. A+ work and professionalism! Thank you again.

Wilson's Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning were absolutely the best. The technician called ahead of time to tell me what time he would arrive, and did so promptly. When he showed up he explained to me exactly what he would do as we walked the property. He was very professional and did a great job ! I would recommend Wilson's to all and will be using them again in the future.

highly professional, great tech! unfortunately the pet odor removal was merely temporary. (and pets were blocked from the rooms to avoid any new issues). Smell returned within 3 days. Stains not completely removed.

Excellent. They took time to remove the furniture and rinse it off when they were done. They even went above and beyond trying not to get debris into the pool.

These guys were very fast to respond and schedule us in. Called me when on the way to our home and were done in about an hour. Needless to say we were very happy as we expected this to be several hours, not just 1. Great experience all around with Wilson Carpet Cleaning. Would absolutely use them again!

We needed to have our carpets cleaned in time for a family get together on March 12. I explained our needs to Aaron, the owner of the company, and he assured me that he would do the best he could to get us on the schedule. As promised, Aaron called to let me know that they would be here on March 9, between 9:30 and 11:00 AM. I received a call from him around 9:00 that morning to let me know that he was on the way and would be at our house within 30 minutes. He was here right on time, came in to assess the job and began pretreating the carpeting, being extra careful of furniture, cabinets and wood trim in the hallway leading to the rooms, so that no damage was created. He was very professional and also courteous and meticulous. The job was finished in less than one hour and he would not take payment from me until I inspected what had been done and told him that I was happy with how everything turned out. This is not the first time that I have called upon Wilson Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning, and it will definitely not be the last. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

All I can say is -- WOW!!! Our carpets are more than 20 years old so I didn't hold out much hope (we also have a dog and a cat. Azeem called prior to arrival and arrived punctually on time. He treated any problem areas first than proceeded to clean the carpets thoroughly. He also placed small black plastic protectors under the legs of my wooden end tables and chairs. I was exceptionally pleased that he was able to get out a "stained" area directly under my sofa where my feet generally sit. What a marvelous job! I will most assuredly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a carpet cleaning. My husband and I thoroughly vacuumed the carpets the night prior to cleaning. Remember, the job goes a lot smoother if there is no mess or clutter that the tech has to deal with. It's not their job!

The rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Stains that I thought would never come out vanished. Crew was professional.

It was nice seeing the owner of the company doing the work. Aaron was very professional, on time and reasonably priced. The carpet had stains which were completely removed and look great. The tile came out like new. Would recommend this company to any one. We have already scheduled cleaning of our ducts and dryer vent. Thank you

Azeem was terrific. He called to say he was on his way and to expect him in an hour. Then he ran into traffic as there was a fire that backed everything up. He called me multiple times to give me updates on when he was coming. At the end of it all he was still here during the time frame originally quoted and did a fantastic job! He was awesome with my animals and just incredibly nice and professional. Heck, I'd hang out with this guy! He did a great job with my carpets and an area rug and he even cleaned a doormat that was on his way in and out. Way to go Azeem! You have made a returning customer of me!

Aaron (owner) came in and was very polite and professional explaining the process. He pointed out some areas that needed extra work but there was no high pressure up-selling. The rates were VERY reasonable and we are already planning on being repeat customers and looking to use some of the other services Aaron's business provides.

Aaron is so easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze, he's very responsive to email. I had to reschedule and he quickly got me back on his schedule. He arrived on time, and even called to tell me he was on his way. He was extremely professional and personable. He didn't try to upsell me into anything. I had two large stains that I expected would need to be extra -- he informed me right away that they would be $20 each. He went over the price with me before starting, and was quick to do the work. He showed me everything, asked if I wanted anything re-done or gone over again. I thought it looked fantastic. I couldn't believe how clean the carpets came. And the furniture smelled so fresh. I would HIGHLY recommend his services. Other places charge so much more and aren't easy to work with. His price was extremely reasonable, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I already recommended him to our entire condo association.

It wasn't Aaron (the owner) this time. I wasn't present at the time the service was done but he did a great job. Unfortunately, there were some spots that wouldn't completely clean.

It was terrible. They were an hour late and didn't call. We had to track them down. The people they sent said they had only cleaned 3 carpets before ours. They ran out of cleaner and their hose was broken on their machine. Terrible experience, the carpets looked the same as they did before we had them in.

Aaron is Excellent to work with. He's responsible and a No Nonsense Gentleman. He came on time and got right to work and did everything we agreed upon. He gave us a discount on the rug cleaning due the the 3 Zone Air Duct cleaning he provided. He's very careful with the furniture as he worked all day without damaging anything. This is the second time we have used Wilson Carpet Cleaning services and they were both great experiences. Thanks Again Aaron.

The technician was late, but called ahead to explain that there was a problem beyond his control that would detain him. My carpets looked fantastic when the cleaning was complete. The technician worked very efficiently and cleaned up well. I previously hired this company to clean carpets for a relative and also received excellent service. I would definitely hire Wilson Carpet Cleaning Service again.

The work was thoroughly and professionally done. Everything was completed as agreed and the results were better than expected. We bought a house with very dirty tiles and carpets and they looked almost new upon completion of the job.

Superb! Wilson Carpet Cleaning is very professional. All telephone calls were answered in a timely manner. They were punctual for their appointment. The appointment started with an HONEST assessment of the carpets and tile, and an HONEST proposal of what could/could not be achieved. I stress honest, because being a property manager for rental properties, I have dealt with many carpet cleaning companies before I met Wilson's. Other companies promised to make the carpets "look like new - maybe better!" In reality, I know a carpet that has some wear and burn stains cannot look like new. Wilson only promised what he could deliver, and he did a superb job. The carpets look great, and the grout is now nice and clean. No nonsense, no false promises, no outlandish fees. Prompt service, fair prices and good quality work. This is hard to find. Go nowhere else. I highly recommend Wilson's. I will use them again.
