Tech showed up on type, however he stated system had no air filter and duct in bathroom was never connected. Hew was wrong on both diagnosis causing a very costly service call to a HVAC contractor, who showed me filter was missing, which he should have seen and duct was in fact there just not connected, Almost causing me to cut open floor.

Eric did a great job cleaning my carpets. He got out all the stains and took his time on the areas that needed the most cleaning. He was very professional and I am extremely happy with his services. I highly recommend them.

We wanted carpet cleaning for 3 rooms and found Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning on the internet, with very good reviews. I contacted Aaron at Wilson and set everything up via email. Keith took care of us - he did a wonderful job. He explained what he was going to do, asked us if we had any questions. It took about 1 hour to clean the carpets for 3 rooms and Keith did a great job. We asked for his card and will definitely use Wilson (and Keith!) again and pass the details on to our neighbors.

Keith was very professional and made my pet stained carpets look new again.

I placed my order on Sunday online on Angie's list. Mr. Wilson called me on Monday. And Keith was there on Tuesday morning to do the job! Keith was a pleasure, very courteous, personable and professional! I had to work so he called me when he was almost there and I met him at that time. The job took about an hour and a half. I would recommend Wilson 100%!

We didn't realize how stained the light beige carpet on our porch was until we saw the difference after this steam cleaning...it is so much brighter and truly clean now! The other carpets were not stained but now seem clean and fresh after this service Keith was very professional and skilled and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. Power Washed my home as contracted and removed the green mold and mildew. While here, he also power washed my VERY dirty cement around our pool. He charged an additional fee, but it was reasonable for the excellent work he did. We will use him again next spring and happy to recommend him.

Power washing went fine. I did ask him (owner) to do small stoop but he said it wasn't included. I said it was a small house and he responded that it was bigger than the offer. I don't remember exactly what square footage the offer said or if it even said one. However the job was very good. The grout cleaners did an excellent job. They were polite and said if there were any spots that I wasn't happy with, they would do them again. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

It went better than expected! We had the pleasure of working with Keith this time and he was detailed and thorough. We used this company before for another home that we had and the owner Aaron was quick, professional, and a great people person, making it easy to work with him and his company. Aaron was in and out in about an hour he cleaned 5 large rooms with wall to wall carpet. Keith did our next job and was also in and out in about an hour. I didn't feel like they rushed through the job and at the completion they were intent on finding out if we were pleased. You can't beat the price for the quality of service you receive. I will definitely use them again and tell others.

I was in a bind for getting my mother's house ready to get it on the market for sale. I explained to Aaron that I needed all the carpeting cleaned and also had to make the house sparkle. Aaron and his team was able to not only clean the carpeting and tile floors, but was able to dust and clean the rest of the house. The entire kitchen, counters and appliances ( inside and out) , bathrooms, interior windows etc.. He got carpet rust stains out I thought might be permanent. Plus Aaron was wonderful to work with. He scheduled our date and was there when I needed him. The next day the house went on the market and looked fantastic. Thank you Aaron.

The man who came (Azeem) was very nice and professional. He did a beautiful job. The room that was very soiled came out great allowing me not to have to buy a new carpet (yeah!). He went above and beyond with his willingness to accommodate me. All carpets look so much better. Communication with me by email was superb during scheduling. I never had to wait long for an answer. I would definitely use this company again!

Originally, I bought a special deal through Angie's List to have a small section of basement tile cleaned (a few stains). In correspondence with Wilson, they informed me that it was not advisable to clean only small section of terra cotta tile while leaving the rest of the floor uncleaned as the resulting difference in color would be unattractive. They agreed to wash the remaining floor at their cost. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and did a meticulous job. My overall experience with Wilson was very positive. They were generous in offering to clean my entire basement at only nominal incremental cost (when I only purchased a deal that entitled me to cleaning a space less than half that of my basement). Their integrity and focus on customer satisfaction is a rare and welcome exception to the many contractors that I have worked with in the past. I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Wilson to anyone.

Aaron was punctual, friendly, and low-key. He took his time making sure our very dirty patio was clean as a whistle. He noticed mold on the front porch roof and removed it. He did a walk-through with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. He even cleaned some patio furniture and fencing that got sprayed with the dirt from the patio. The house looked fabulous when he was done...all the algae gone! I would use him again in a heartbeat!

The service rep, Azim, showed up within the specified time frame and even provided a courtesy call letting me know exactly what time he would arrive. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I would use them again and recommend their services. Additionally, Aaron has kept me up-to-date since I placed the order and is very responsive.

Aaron was prompt, courteous and professional. I wasn't present at job completion, but he called to review all items he normally would have gone over in a walk through. He stressed that I should contact him if I were to notice anything he missed. I didn't need to. Excellent job and a good guy. Highly recommended.
