The kitchen was probably the best I have seen it in a long time (through many various people coming to clean it). I don't think I would do the bathroom shower tiles/grout again. I thought I would try it, but it really didn't look a lot different after it was done. There was a goof up on when they were supposed to come, but the person I spoke to was very nice, and the gentleman who came was also very pleasant and worked quite quickly

I have been using Wilson for several years now and have been very pleased, they have done an excellent job. However, things did not go well this time. There was a newer tech and was not good at all. We removed all light furniture (such as coffee table, lamp tables, etc.). The heavier items like the sofas, chairs, dresser, etc were all on furniture glides, so they can be easily moved to fully clean the carpet. My father was also available to help. At first, the tech did not want to slide the furniture, it was too much work. After I explained that this was the way it was always done and that I had bad allergies and needed the entire carpet cleaned, he finally relented. He then sprayed the carpets with a mixture of scotch guard, stain treatment, and an allergen reducer. He started dropping hints about getting a tip, saying that he worked for only commissions and tips. When I questioned the scotch guard being applied before the carpet was cleaned, he said it helped the carpet fibers. He then proceed with the cleaning and was on the phone most of the time. When he wasn't on the phone, he was dropping hints again about getting a tip. He told us a strange story about cleaning carpets in an old house and he thought that he wasn't going to get a tip. He pulled back the carpeting and then found a $100 bill, so there was his tip. I guess he thought it was honest to keep the money his found! Very bizarre story. When he finished the cleaning, he applied the scotch guard and he did not wear booties! And he did not clean up the water spills on the hardwood. He tried to charge me for the scotch guard even though it was part of the Angies List coupon. A phone call resolved that. And yes, after all this I did give him a tip, I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He was done much faster the the previous visits. The carpet dried much faster. By the next day, the carpet looked dingy, spots were not cleaned and it was not a good job overall. I spoke to Aaron who made himself available even though it was a Sunday. He was very responsive and took my concerns very seriously. We had a long and frank discussion and I did not feel rushed at all. He made me feel like a valued customer and that he sincerely valued my business. Aaron offered to reclean the carpets and we agreed that the living room and dining room would be recleaned and the spots in the bedroom would be recleaned. This is a lot of work for us, moving the furniture around and putting the glides, so i would not do this unless it was absolutely necessary. He sent a different tech for the 2nd cleaning which Aaron scheduled quickly since it was getting close to Thanksgiving and I needed the carpets cleaned. The 2nd tech was great - he was very knowledgeable, took is his time, and did a very thorough and detailed job. He was a pleasure to have in our home. This time the carpets took longer to dry (as the norm) and the spots did not come back downstairs. They look great. Aaron is very dedicated to his business and his customers and I commend him for that. If you have an issue with his company's services, try working it out with Aaron first before posting a bad review. How a company responds to a problem speaks volumes about their values and commitments. I will use Wilson again, provided that I don't have the 1st tech. The only reasons I gave B's in my rating are: The first cleaning was a failure and would have graded it an F if Aaron had not addressed the issues; I never received a receipt for the 1st cleaning, which I requested twice and still have not received it; and Aaron did not reach out to me after the 2nd cleaning to see how it went and that was disappointing. I realize he was busy with Thanksgiving coming up but it been almost 2 weeks now and he should have followed up, even if he checked with the 2nd tech.

It went extremely well. The service personnel arrived right on time. He explained what he will be doing and performed his task as per the schedule. He left the house very clean. He also cleaned one of our area rugs for us without charging us anything extra. Would recommend their services any day. I will surely use them again.

Will was very professional and gave me great advice on how to keep my carpets in excellent condition.

Fabulous! Gentleman was extremely polite. I teach and happened to be running a little late. When the rep called to tell me he was at my home, I explained the situation and said that I would be there in 10 minutes, all he was concerned about was me arriving safe due to the rain. My rep was very diligent in cleaning, and even told me how to best remove a spill without ruining the carpet the way the previous owner had. I would definitely hire again!

He was very thorough, informative and conscientious. He just wanted to make sure I knew what he was able to do and make sure I was happy.

They showed up late and didn't have the right tools. Instead of getting a whole day of work I only got a couple hours and I had to pay extra for them to do my vinyl fence.

It went pretty good, the guys were on time, and took a whole lot of time explaining their work to me. The carpet is fairly new but there were a fair amount of stains in it so I didn't expect perfection, so the dirt and stains that came out were about what I would have expected. Do not assume that they will clean your carpet area for the advertised price. The advertised price is without any kind of cleaning solution (pre-treatment). I was pretty set on paying no more than the deal price. However, they told me that I would need pre-treating for extra (more than half of the price for the cleaning) or else I would not be happy with the results. I really wanted to proceed without it but they flat out refused to do the job without the pre-treating. So, like most people, I gave in and paid extra for the pre-treating even though I didn't want it.

Excellent The entire house, fence and shed were cleaned. The owner of the business showed up on time, was professionally dressed and completed the work at a very reasonable price. Well Done.

There was a little back and forth on the scheduling, but no big problem, and they were very accommodating. I got a call before they arrived, which was great. Will, who did the work was excellent. He was careful, did a great job and worked very efficiently. I would definitely use them the next time I need the service.

Their pretty good. They are very clean, their very professional, I liked the owner doing the service better l thought he was better but now he has people working for him so it's not as perfect as the first time I used, but I would definitely recommend them.

The quality of the job was well done however there were a lot of "not covered" and I felt like there was nickel and diming going on.

It was fine. Their professionalism was fine. They came and did it. It looked okay.

Team was professional, Aaron came along with his crew and explained me about the procedure to clean vent, duct and carpet. My apartment is on 3rd floor and they were able setup a long hose from their van to my apartment. Overall cleaning for three services took about 3.5 hours which was reasonable.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER - CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. I bought an Angie's List deal. The deal was " $149.00 for exterior pressure washing of one or two-story homes up to 4,000 square feet; additional square feet will be an extra fee ". At first, Aaron wouldn't schedule me for a Saturday saying that Saturday's are for his best clients. Interesting that he wouldn't do it for a new client to gain their business. I told him I wasn't in a rush, so schedule one way out in the future. I bought the deal in the spring. And I finally got scheduled for a Saturday in July. As the date approached, I emailed Aaron to confirm that he was coming. He emailed me back saying his machine was broken so he had to reschedule. Really? Your a power washing service and you only have one machine? It was super hot that week, so I believed they didn't want to work in the head. But I rescheduled anyway. This time for a Tuesday in August, because I was going to be home. He said he would be there between 9 and 11 am. The weekend before I emailed to confirm that he was coming. He said he would be there in the morning. At 12pm he still hadn't showed up. I called them. They called me back a little later and said they would be at my house in an hour. When they showed up, Howie, one of the employees, said the deal does not cover my house. That my house was too big and too dirty. I said the deal was for 4000 sq feet. Howie went on to say that there's more than 4000 sq ft of siding on my house. I was perplexed and didn't understand this. Everyone I spoke to said 4000 sq feet is 4000 sq feet. So I emailed Aaron and this was his response:"the square footage is for the exterior, not the interior. The square footage of the inside of your home does not have much to do with the area we are pressure washing. We do not go by the inside space but by the outside surface we are cleaning. Otherwise there would be no rhymenor (sic) reason to the pricing structure for every house is different when it comes to the interior Square Footage and Exterior Square Footage. The inside tells us nothing about the outside. I am sorry for the confusion." When I called customer service at Angie's list to complain, they felt that I was right and he was wrong. That the deal stated a one or two story house up to 4000 sq feet. My house is about 3000 sq feet. There was no mention of differentiating between interior and exterior nor area of siding to be cleaned. If they priced the deal wrong, or used the wrong language, that is on them, and not me. If Aaron was a respectable business person, he would have honored the deal as it was worded - in an effort to gain a new customer - not change the terms upon arrival at my house. So, if you're reading this review, please take note and do not do business with these people.

Aaron, the owner, came and did an excellent job with the cleaning and sanitizing. He explained what he was going to do, what we should expect and how long it would take. Mr. Wilson was personable and professional throughout. He went beyond the call of duty when our AC stopped working while we were out of the house after his initial visit. He came back at 7PM the same evening to go under the house to see if he could tell what had happened. A loose wire was the culprit. Aaron fixed it and saved us from an extremely uncomfortable night, not to mention more service calls.

Keith and Eric did a fine job with all the different cleaning work. They were very meticulous to produce best possible results. They really worked very hard.

The crew performed a good job despite the carpets being old and contractor grade. They did try to push to sell additional services, which was the only issue that we had with this service.

Once we scheduled the time, I really thought it was uneventful. My wife was there and contractor did the job immediately. The job was well done and we could see the difference in the carpets the cleaning had done. The carpet also dried up quickly and honestly enjoyed the experience.

beautifully, we were not home, left door open, He came in did the house and left with a few cards on the table, everything was spotless and perfectly done.
