Very good job and the technician is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our kitchen floor now looks like new. The result greatly exceeded my expectation. We had the same service done a few years ago by a big name provider. The results were night and day. The fact that the product used is green is a bonus. Highly recommended.

After one of the sofas dried, it had some streaks on it from the vacuum When I called to express my concer; my concerns were addressed and the technician came back to my home to rub them out. The owner was very much willing to help!!

The job went very quickly and looks to be done very well, be able to tell better when dry, but so far looks good. Only thing I'm not sure of is that when I signed the contract is said 3 rooms carpet cleaned, sanitized and Scotch Guard, I didn't see any extra work done unless it is all combined in the carpet cleaning?

Dryer vent cleaning was straightforward, but I couldn't believe how clean the outside balcony looked afterwards.

Immediate response to my request, easily scheduled. He called the day of the appointmentment to see if it was convenient for me to have him come earlier than scheduled, which it was. Carpet looks good.

It worked out very well. The price was good. This was the second time that I used them. It took them about an hour to get this service done. They cleaned up very well. The workers were very professional.

I wasn't even home; I just left my gate unlocked. There were a few times they had to reschedule because the weather was bad. I talked to the boss a few times and he was very cautious about his workers safety. It was about the third time that the weather was finally good enough for them to come by. They did a good job. I had three stains on the side of my house and everything came out.

They were very accommodating for what I needed. They did a great job. They were prompt. This is the 2nd time I've used them.

It went very well, I have dogs, cats and horses, which means a lot of dirt is tracked though my house on a daily basis and my carpets have not been cleaned in quite sometime. The technician( Willy) was very good and worked around all the heavy furniture, moving pieces as needed. He did all areas that needed to be done. and did not have a problem with my dog. For an additional cost, he also did the stairs and pre-treated to get up most of the ground in dirt The carpets came out really well and I will definitely hire this service provider again.

Very pleasant technician, prompt. I needed an older carpet cleaned, more for allergies then anything, cleaned as well as expected for an older carpet. The only downside to this offer was the carpet was left wetter than expected, overall a great service for the cost.

Great. I can't praise these guys enough. They were on time, professional and very thorough. My husband helped move the furniture and the guys got every inch. Very pleased with a job well done.

Our new puppy had ruined the carpet or so we thought. Wilson Carpet Cleaning came in and saved it. They moved the couch and other furniture to give us a thorough cleaning. The carpets looked great and the smell was gone.

I was a little uneasy at first. He doesn't provide in-person quotes. It's all done over the phone. It was a little tricky coming up with the date, but we got there. The gentleman who did the work called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Our carpets are 16 years old and we were looking to salvage them to delay the inevitable. The carpets look great and we are very happy with the result. He didn't provide a receipt upon payment and completion which I thought was a bit odd, but he did email one to me the day after. All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.
