Our house is less than 3 years old and so we were very upset to see that we had a lifted ridge vent with lifted roof shingles over our garage. Al from "Top of The World Construction" was able to come by and give an estimate the same day that we called him. He did a full inspection of the entire roof of the house checking for any possible issues. He even offered to do an interior inspection from the attic side to check for any possible structural causes as to why we were seeing what could be another problem at a different section. He thoroughly explained the reason that the ridge vent lifted (the builder did not use the correct length nails to anchor through the shingles, vent and caps & the products were of insufficient quality for the wind rating for our area). Al scheduled our job for the very next day. He removed the existing poorly installed and bad quality materials and installed high quality items correctly and in a timely manner. He then thoroughly cleaned up the site. Before leaving he showed us where to keep an eye on for any changes in the future to other areas our new construction home. We appreciate his pricing, experience, thoroughness and professionalism. He is a friendly and honest contractor and that's why we have recommended him to a neighbor. We are also already discussing another project with him and his colleague pertaining to a situation that yet another contractor failed to do correctly but that Al has offered a solution to resolving. Owner called within 1 hr from when i sent onliNE request. I was away from my phone so I returned his call the next day. He was very accommodating and came that after noon on time. He went over everything he found and gave us options and a very reasonable quote. We made the apt for after the weekend on Monday and he showed up on time. He did the job, cleaned up like he was never here. We will be calling him back for some future jobs we have to complete. He was very personable and a good worker which is hard to find. Give him a call if u need roof work.

I have had a few different roofing companies do work for me over the past few years,Top of the World was the best of the bunch.Al was very nice and took time to explain all aspects of the work needed to be done. The price was better then the other places that gave me estimates so on a whole I was very happy with Top of the World!
