Al determined the cause of my leaky roof and submitted a quote on the spot! We scheduled the jobs and he completed repairs in one day as promised. I am completely satisfied with the repair and would call Top of the World Construction for future jobs.

Al is the best. I liked him when I first met him. I trusted him, and believed what he had to say about my roof, and what needed to be done. A lot of what he said, I knew to be true by my own observation. I thought he was giving me a fair price, so I hired him immediately. I'm so glad I did. Al did an outstanding job. I have an exceptional roof. Al always goes above and beyond. He did extra things here and there at no extra cost -- things I would have never expected. Having dealt with some contractors who did not provide quality service, I was extremely fortunate to find Al Smith,who was exactly what you hope you would find in a contractor: Honest, fair, and an individual who stood behind his work. Everything that he said he would do he did with a professionalism and a quality that really made me wish I had found out about him years ago. I cannot recommend him enough.

I don't know where to start. From their promptness in calling us back, to them showing up when scheduled, their meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness during the roof replacement process. Great price and incredibly friendly.

Top Notch. Al came out immediately - checked the entire roof even though I only had two areas of concern (that I saw leaks from). He worked with my schedule and always returned phone calls promptly. Al fixed the two roof areas, one included replacing a skylight, communicating with me what he found and how he repaired it. He even fixed a few loose tiles and did a final inspection of everything. He was meticulous with clean-up and a pleasure to work with. So far so good, but we haven't had a soaking rain yet. I would definitely recommend Al and use his services again.

Outstanding- Al came out to do an estimate right away, scheduled the job, and had it completed in a day and a half (whole roof replacement on 2 story colonial including all plywood on second story). Price was very fair and cleanup when the job was done was excellent.
