Al came a few hours after I called. Told me it was a very small job (which is not what I heard from some other estimates) and did it right on the spot. Also saw another spot with loose siding and fixed that too. Very inexpensive, very friendly. Very fast. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Allen Smith and Top of the World Contracting, Inc. I was out of town when my roof was done, and Allen and his team showed up, did the work and did it properly, and then Allen stopped by a few days later to check in with me about the work that was done. I felt there was a good level of trust between us - he didn't ask for any money upfront and trusted that I would pay him when the job was complete, and I trusted that he was going to show up and get the job done. I would definitely hire this company again when needed.

4/12/10 Absolutely TERRIBLE. Typical contractor. I contacted Top of the World Contracting based on the many excellent reviews. WOW, did he really disappoint. He did return my initial call and promptly setup an appointment to review my leak. I left work an hour early to meet him. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. With the assumption of him running late on another job, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After 2 hours, I called to see what happened. He never returned my call. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!

I looked them up on service magic and loked athis site ...within 1/2 hr al was on the phone asking what he could do....iexplained the problem he was outthe nextday (sunday).he did a temporary fix so water wasnt gettingintoour house and was back in a few days tocomplete the repair ....

I called Allen and he called me backed the same day. He came and repaired my roof the very next day on my luch hour. I could not not have asked for more!!

I wouldnt even know where to start describing my satisfaction with Al Smith from Top of the World. I called Al and left a VM and he called me back within minutes and helped me explain to him what was wrong and what exactly type of roof shingle i had so he could help me. He arrived promptly explained what was wrong and right away went up on the roof and rendered the problem ASAP because there was rain coming. I will gladly use Al again and I am completely satisfied with the service he provides, if you have any issues, YOU MUST CALL HIM!!!!

called back 10 minutes later, fair price to make repair on a roof, that was to dangerous for me to even try. did the right thing by replaceing all my vent pipe seals when only 2 were leaking. arrived the next day , great job, will use again and recomend to friends thanks...

I was contacted immediately after registering the project. Contractor arrived within two hours, diagnosed problem quickly. Provided a reasonable quote with options. Returned the next morning to do the job. Extremely personable, explained the situation, explained the options and quickly completed the job.
