Top of the World showed up on time for his inspection of the job and his estimate. He explained everything in detail and told me what he would do. I had two other estimates and Top of the World was competitive with them, but did not impress me with their presentation. Al Smith came on the date we agreed on and did the work in a very capable manner. I went up on my roof and inspected his work and I would recommend him to anyone who contacts me. I had my roof recovered by Top of the World Contracting, inc.yesterday. I'm very happy with the results. Mister Allen Smith and a small crew completed the job in one day. They did a fine , professional job, down to the last detail. The price was right, too. Mister Smith is an honest man, friendly, and an excellent craftsman. I definitely recommend this company. Al and his crew did an outstanding job from quote to finish. He found replacement siding to match that on our 9 year old house. He did what he said he was going to do and a little more as he secured a few strips he noticed were loose when he first looked over th house. He is courteous and has a very genial personality to boot. He cleaned up all debris before he left. He also washed the side of the house after the repair work was done. You cannot tell old from new. His pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Mr Smith was very proactive. He moved quickly once we received the bid and awarded it to him. There was some roof leakage and a storm predicted so he finished the job before the rains came. He explained what he was going to do clearly. I was specifically concerned about nails in my stone driveway after the old roof was removed, I had a prior problem in that area, and the place was spotless after he completed the job. We were very pleased with the overall experience in dealing with them.

Al is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest, hard & fast working. He ensures your complete satisfaction with the job. He could have charged twice the price and it would have been worth it because of his personality & professionalism. With all of his qualities & the fact that he was the best price, it was a no brainer. Before he even wrote the estimate, he went on my roof to secure the remaining loose material to prevent further damage. His price was so good that it enabled us to have him replace our windows and the siding while staying within our siding budget. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
