Everytime you call there it's a different price, definitely way to high. I went there to repair my car, got prices and one was the belt for $157, even asked if that included labor and was told yes... They called ME back and said they didn't want to waste MY money and didn't fix it. I went to pick up my car and they charged me $150 for doing NOTHING. Yeah thanks for "saving" me money, then when I called back and said why didn't you do the belt if it's only a $7 difference from NO work. The prices all of the sudden changed along with their story. DON'T WASTE YOUT TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Overall the experience was a waste of time and money. Not EVERYTHING was bad- a friendly mechanic brought me home while checking my car so I didn't have to wait (I live less than 5 minutes away). And when I first got there the owner and front desk person were both very nice.. But it was when that same woman called me later to let me know the "needed" repairs and I asked questions, that my perspective of the place changed. She spoke and threw 3 different options at me ranging in price from $400-800 so quickly and ended with "so should we go ahead and order the parts?" When I began to ask questions, she gave me a huge attitude. She reminded me that "they were nice and brought me home (they offered!) and said several times that the mechanics "knew what they were doing," which basically meant that I shouldn't ask questions and blindly trust a place that I had never been to before. Though she made me feel embarassed for asking anything I did want answers so kept pressing. This made her more upset and since she knew very little about what she was trying to explain to me (which she admitted) when she had to ask the mechanics she'd sigh and with a nasty tone loudly say "hold on" as if I was being ridiculous in asking and wasting her time. She overall was the reason I decided to not go ahead and get my car fixed there. However her attitude was a blessing in disguise. The very next place I went to fixed my car and made it passable for emissions- for half of Pro Cat's lowest quote- and charged me $0 compared to their $133 to check my car. I don't like being pressured or made to feel like I am being annoying when asking questions. Customer service's attitude and nastiness was their downfall for me.

The pricing was okay, it was reasonable. They're more friendly than professional. I'm sure that there is other mechanics that are better, but we like their honesty.

It was reasonable. You don't actually see the workers. I'm actually talking to the people at the desk and I talk to the owner. I don't really talk to the workers. They're very friendly. We've been using them for a long time, so it's more friendly than it is professionalism.

and it's the same gimmickWhen you first walk in they want to check your vehicle out with a computer interface, This initial cost is $100.00 before they look at the problem you brought the car in for. I think this is nothing more than an additional means of finding other things wrong with the vehicle before he even opens the hood. Been there three or 4 times and it's the same gimmick over and over. Even if there's nothing that shows up on the computer monitor, they still charge you for that "service"
Would not go there again.

My car was still under a warranty so they did not charge me. They are professional and they do not over charge. They explain everything to you, give you examples and show you things. They are also very reasonably priced and I have been using them for eight years now.

I made and appointment which was handled promptly. The employees were friendly and capable. The mechanic was very experienced and actually admired my mile Honda Accord! He talked about the cars with many more miles of all makes, that his family drives. Obviously, they are well maintained. We also had an oil change. There is a sitting area, free hot drinks, TV with a control for the customers. He did the inspection, suggested the source of the leak after hosing water over the car, and took care of the problem of the collected water in the wheel by drilling a hole to drain it. He took a nail out of the tire, repaired it. We also had the oil change. He had looked over the car and suggested 4 repairs that the car would need at some point and graded them according to necessity. He was not pushy.

They were very nice and didn’t over charge me. I found them to be very excellent. When I went in, their lounge was very nice with coffee and a TV. I didn’t even ask for it, but they gave me a full list of things needing to be done on my vehicle but didn’t pressure me to get it done. I would definitely go back to them as of now.
