Workers were professional and courteous. Issue was that they said they would come back the next day to finish the job of installing a storm door and to repaint the wall by the mounted TV where an honest mistake was made. That was TWO WEEKS ago and no one has come back. If they would just return my wife's texts and come back and finish the job, I would be happy to change the review based on the quality of the job performed

United Concept workers are neat, efficient, considerate, and intelligent. They understood the projects, which involved painting, installing, and providing an estimate, and they proceeded with the work, including purchasing the correct items for painting and installing. The price was good for the time involved for 3 workers onsite.

The team replaced our sump lump and fixed our leaky basement door. The service was great and we will use them for future projects.

Mo and his helper were very professional. I called and he came a few hours later. Completed the job and made sure the area was cleaned up. He wanted my approval to make sure they completed the job before he asked for payment. I will recommend them to my friends and certainly HomeAdvisor

Mo and his team did a wonderful job of painting the interior of my fathers house while he recuperated from an operation . In a short window of time they did an enormous amount of work at a very reasonable cost. They treated my fathers home as they would their own. Outstanding.

Wow can not say enough good things about my experience... from the time I called I had a quote within hours... they came the next day right on time... the painting was excellent....they cleaned up and put everything back exactly how it was.... and the work was high quality I would use them again without a doubt!!!!!

Mo was extremely professional and accomodating. He had to paint around everything in the house and did it with minimal disruption. Additionally Mo handled several handyman projects for us making his srevice a one stop shop.

Mo and his team did a great job painting our family room and bathroom from start to finish. Prep and cleanup was above our expectation.

Mo and his crew are very nice people. Mo was quick to follow up and come to my house to estimate. That being said, I am very disappointed with this job. He was hired to sheetrock, tape, spackle and sand. There were many spots that were not spackled at all, many spots that were not sanded and more than one tape line that was bubbled and needed to be redone. I shared this with Mo and he showed up once to try and rectify the situation and told me he would be coming back to continue working to finish the job. He never came back. He and his crew left a mess. Spackle was dripped on furniture. Someone had used a mirror as a cutting board and ruined the finish on the mirror. I had several quotes to do this job and Mo was right in the middle price wise. I used this contractor because of the reviews I saw posted on this site, so I feel it necessary to share this poor review as well.

MO and Dave and the crew are doing a outstanding job on my house all of them are very professional and courtesy. I call United Concept, LLC for a estimate in 20 min mo call right back. The next day Mo and Dave show to look at job after they left mo told me that he will email me with the price the next morning i had the estimate there very reasonable. Mo and his crew very professional people to work with. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

USE UNITED CONCEPT!!! Mo was at our houses to look at the job within hours of our phone call to him. His estimate arrived via email that same evening. His price was great, and so was his estimate of how long the job would take. Mo and his guys were so accommodating. Mo returns every text and phone call immediately. They worked around our crazy schedule and went above and beyond to get the job done for us. They worked weekends, stayed late, and were so pleasant and considerate. We recommend them so highly! The owner was very professional. Proposal was as needed threw the computer. There was no need for me to be on the job as work was being done. all workers were very professional and work was completed in a timely manner.

Mo and his crew are excellent!!! They are friendly, fast and expeditious. I put in a request the evening before and the first call the following morning was from Mo to schedule a visit for the job. He came by very quickly and his pricing is very reasonable and they are professional. He replaced a lighting fixture, removed and reinstalled baseboards in my living room and dining area and fixed the shock on my screen door. FINALLY FOUND MY GO TO HANDYMAN!!! Very pleased. Would highly highly recommend him.
