Description of Work: They assessed the problem with the garage door and determined additional parts were needed. They arranged to come back a few days later to complete the repairs. They also did a safety check of the other door, and made sure everything was working correctly.

 + -1 moreWe were very happy to work with this company. The spring on our garage door broke Saturday evening when we arrived back home. After some research on Angie's List, we called Premier. They came the next day, Sunday, and fixed it right then. Since both our cars were shut in the garage and the door would not open, such prompt service was wonderful. In addition to replacing the spring, they checked and "tuned up" other parts on the door so everything worked smoothly and we were "good to go". My husband and I put their sticker on the door so we know whom to call should we need help again. We both highly recommend this company.

He replaced my bent track and installed a metal bar on the top of my garage door so it wouldn't sag in the center. My door works better than ever. Thanks!!!!! A+++

 + -1 moreI called Premier about 8:00 AM and got a call back at about 9:15. I was quoted the price of $295 for replacing both springs. I asked if I could get a frayed cable replaced also - the additional cost was $25. Sean said he could do the job the same day. Without talking to my wife, I scheduled 12 to 3. After calling my wife, who reminded me she had an appontment for the same time, I had to call Sean back to reschedule. He was able to adjust his personal schedule to get my door fixed later the same day. Sean arrived on time and fixed my door without any problems - at the price quoted. I am very happy with the entire transaction and would recommend Premier to a friend.

 + -1 moreAll of my phone calls were returned within an hour by the owner of the company, even on weekends. Owner did install with the help of one employee. During install, some glass in the old door broke and the owner and worker meticulously cleaned up the broken glass.
Description of Work: Removed and hauled away existing doors and track. Supplied and installed two 8x7 Stratford 3000 steel raised panel doors with white finish, standard lock bars, and one row of windows per door.
