Returned my call right away. Showed up within 24 hours of my initial call. Replaced the sump pump and all is working as it should. Highly recommend.

There's nothing like watching an expert diagnose and tackle a problem, knowing that whatever goes wrong, they'll find a way to fix it. It is a mix of admiration and ease that I feel when Luis is on the job. Though often busy, handling my projects in between hours of sudden emergencies, I am always happy when he comes. After decades of repair upset, men saying something was broke when it wasn't, assured a thing fixed when it hadn't been touched, I finally get to relax. And the $750 he saved me on my hot water heater installation will keep food in the house for months.

I had a parade of fifteen plumbers come to my home who either couldn't figure out where a leak was coming from or tried to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge. The greatest con artist, who came from Binsky, spent an hour doing a dramatic performance that included a ten minute camera conference with his supervisor while they examined my hot water heater, aghast at how unusually it had been piped, that it was draining into my sink pump, creating all the damage. He convinced me that I should install shut off valves in the room and to cut and cap the water heater pipe: $1,100. If that didn't work, it would be another $2,100 to replace the tank and $965 for a laundry pump. There was little sleep that night, out of work during a pandemic, panicked about taking a loan to pay for all this; I had friends praying for me. Right before he was to come back to begin the work, I put out a new request on Angie's List. Luis, the owner of FMS Plumbing was at my home ten minutes later. What is most impressive about Luis is that there is not a drop of salesman in him and it is obvious that he is rarely confused; I've met few people sharper. He speaks clearly, easily, honestly. I told him what was happening. He said you already have shut off valves on top of your water heater and it isn't draining anywhere. It was simple: there had been a clog on the discharge line that made the pump work too hard and together with a leaky faucet had overwhelmed it. He snaked the line to make sure the clog was gone, installed a new pump and faucet: his labor together with cost of the pump and faucet totaled $850. When Mr. Conartist came back and I pointed to the very large shut off valves atop the tank so carefully examined, he said he hadn't noticed them.

Luis responded to the Angie's list almost immediately and came the next day to investigate as promised. He came prepared with all necessary tools and quickly cleared the blockage. When he was done, he tested the drains over and over again to ensure that the job was completed and even took the time to clean-up and wipe down the whole area before leaving. He was friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. As the owner, he clearly takes pride in his work and I would highly recommend his services.

Luis, Nick and Sam were great. They did the work in a single day, and were professional and detailed. They did way less sheetrock cutting than we anticipated and the work they did looks fantastic. we were worried about how long it would take for us to be able to cook, and this was quick and I will be making dinner tonight! I definitely appreciate the timeliness, affordability and friendly rapport the guys have. Highly recommend!

Luis really helped me out of a jam. I was having other work done in my yard. They came across a broken sewer line. I called FMS and Luis was there within an hour. He was accurate in his assessment and forthright about what was going to be involved. Once they started the work they completed the job in half a day. They did a great job.

Very well, whilst repairing the service issue I called about the service men noticed an issue with the radiators. Rather than making me reschedule they repaired both items right on time.

Went well. Luis arrived on a Friday to provide quote and offered to install new water heater on the following Monday. We requested Tuesday instead and his team arrived in the morning with new water heater. Installation went smoothly and the team was done by noon. Town inspection/approval a few days later went without a hitch.

I called them that morning and asked what their availability would be. Amazingly they were able to schedule me for that morning. They quickly reviewed what was necessary to do the kitchen faucet installation and found that my water valves didn't turn off the water. Suggested that they be replaced which I agreed to. They were able to quickly install the new water valves and replace the kitchen faucet. The did a great job and I'd use them again.

Luis and Nick were terrific. They're smart energetic, young men as well as being expert plumbers. They worked quickly and efficiently. The new hot-water heater that Nick delivered was still in the box, which put my mind at ease. Neither Luis nor Nick tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I would definitely hire FMS plumbing again, and you should too. Luis will actually return your call or email.

Luis was great, great price, great workmanship, very flexible with accommodating changes, very responsive, very knowledgeable and just overall a very good person. I feel blessed to have found him and FMS plumbing. He helped me develop a better system and was the only plumber when getting estimates to pick up a short coming in my design which he then proposed a much better design that would be more work for him and their price was still lowest prices. If anybody ever ask me for a plumber recommendation I will always recommend Luis and FMS plumbing based on
