Luis saved the day and did an amazing job. I had two previous plumbers before him that totally botched my water heater tank and piping system. I didn’t have water for 2 days. Luis came in and got the job done in 45 mins. Not only was he quick, he repaired the horrible pipe job that the previous plumbers left behind. Everything looking good. Water is back on, and everything running smoothly. Hire this company, they’re efficient and do amazing work. Save yourself the headache and don’t hire other “reputable” plumbers. I learned the hard way.

Luis and Scott arrived on time, quickly determined the problem, and snaked the toilet. They had the issue cleared in less then 20 mins. Very nice and professional.

Luis responded to my call within minutes. He showed up the next morning as promised. He snaked my pipe 3 times and then used his camera and found the break right away. He showed up as promised the very next day And had the job done in 3 hours. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me. I would recommend him and would only use him for any futures plumbing or heating needs. Plus he was very fair in his pricing to do this large job.

Excellent service. Called on Friday July 10th around 5:30 PM when my garage was flooded due to heavy rain. The owner picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and came back on Saturday and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I was thrilled to find a business with great work ethics and empathy for customers. Did not charge additional money for estimates and used some of his own materials without charge to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Noticed sewage ejector pump wasn't working overnight. I called FMS around 9am, and Luis arrived around 2 hours later. He took about 2 minutes to confirm that I needed a replacement pump. He came back within 30 minutes with the new one and installed it. Luis was professional and answered all my questions.

Luis was great to work with. My water heater went out Sunday night. I gathered quotes Monday Morning. He was not only the most responsive and could do the work the quickest but he was also the lowest quote. We went with him, upgraded from a 50 gallon tank to a 75 gallon tank. He was able to get to the house and replace the unit the same evening I contacted him. He was upfront about the costs and took care of everything so we had hot water again within 24 hours of when my water heater went out. I will suggest Luis to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The job went wonderfully. The entire engagement with FMS plumbing could not have gone any better, the service was performed the same day I contacted them, and performed at a reasonable price.
