Description of Work: I contacted S&G because I needed a one-time thorough cleaning for a holiday party. I had never used them before but selected them based on Angie's List reviews and because they offered a coupon. I was delighted with my choice. The crew that came to my house was well trained, professional and hard working. They did everything I had hoped and more. They even managed to get some stubborn mildew off a shower wall. I will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 Big Deals and they were supposed to come out and perform the service. I tried to make an appointment before Easter and they called me the week before and said they could not come out and that someone would call me back, but they never did. I called them back and spoke with Shirley and she told me that the person who made the appointment did not do it correctly and that they could not come out on Saturdays because they had more established clients that had already booked them up on the weekends. They said they could come out during the week between 8-4, but I work every day between that time and didn't feel I should have to rearrange my schedule for them. Originally I was going to take a Monday off to have them come out, but chose not to use them and canceled.
